Find below the necessary steps you will take to enable you obtain your
Resident permit for employment and Certificate of Eligibility.
(1)You are to fill properly the TSF form with the UK Visa Application Forms and leave your
sponsor's section blank for us to complete.
(2)A scanned copy of your passport.
The UK Border Agency is responsible for securing the United Kingdom
borders and controlling immigration in the United Kingdom. We manage
border control for the United Kingdom,enforcing immigration and customs
regulations. We also consider applications for permission to enter or stay
in the United Kingdom,citizenship and asylum.

The UK Home Office wishes to authoritatively inform applicants seeking for

assure the British public that only the skilled migrants will need to come to the
United Kingdom. The role of employees/migrants with qualifying financial
base is crucial to its success.
Before the issuance of Certificate of Eligibility to you for issuance of
Visa by Local British Consulate, you are required to show proof that the
stipulated financial requirement/applicant travel fund as indicated above
is available. The UK Home Office would ensure via this means that only
eligible applicants who are financially capable are allowed entry into the
United Kingdom.
CONFIRMATION OF TRAVELERS SUFFICIENT FUND:
This is a proof to the British Airways authorities and the UK home office
that an applicant is eligible for travel and financially capable of taking
care of he/herself on arrival to UK before legitimately accepting or
receiving his/her first salary,without being a burden to the employer.
It is also a proof to the UK home office that an applicant is capable of
possessing a return ticket as the country is not responsible for visitors.
If met an applicant is eligible to be granted a Residential work permit.
As per UK Immigration policies, an individual must be aware of your travel
to the United Kingdom. This can be your Mother or Father or Brother or
Sister or Close Relative or friend and is at your discretion.
To meet the above requirement ,an applicant is required to make a
deposit of the stipulated financial travel requirement of 750GBP via any
Western Union/Money Gram agent using the following Procedure :

Forward a scanned copy of your receipt of deposit for verification.
Applicants are advised to call or visit the UK home office with their
sending details of deposit,employers name and address and applicants
passport to reclaim fund.
Before sending us your forms,you should make sure you fill in all sections
that apply to your application,you must also enclose the correct documents
and deposit slip.
Send the carefully filled form to us this shall be forwarded to the
Immigration and Nationality Directorate for approval
Applicants are required to submit their visa forms and other requirements
within a period of Ten(10)days on receiving their visaforms.
A fee will only be refunded only if the application is withdrawn in
writing prior to any processing of the application and Biometrics have not
been taken,or if the applicant does not provide Biometrics.Refunds will be
given if long term visit visas are granted for less than the period
applied for.
We will not extend your visa unless you are still employed as a domestic
worker when your old visa expires.
You are allowed to change employer while you are in UK but you must still
be employed as a domestic worker,if you change employers you must notify
us,and you will not be allowed to change to a different type of
employment.
Once you have been in the UK for five years as a domestic worker,you can
apply to stay here permanently.
