Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam.

Alternatively, this scammer may give the following email address for the lawyer. In both cases, the lawyer is also fake, and is part of the scam.

We would like to offer you the position of an Au pair to our family for a
period of 4 to 6 Months. The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:
You will be required to work for approximately 25 hours per week. Every
weekend, will be spent with the family or anywhere as you would have the
weekends off.

ACCOMODATION:

You would have a Private Live-Out or Live-In Accomdation depending on
your preference with Private Bathroom, Sitting Room and Bedroom. Your
room would also be furnished with a Television Set, an Internet Ready
Computer System and a Fixed Landline telephone. We ask that all rooms
be kept tidy and that friends staying over should only do so with our
permission. If we go out as a family, you will generally be invited to come
with us (at our expense) should you so choose.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Your main duty is the due taken care of Rose. You will be required to get her
ready for the day, take her to school and visit the park with her.

SALARY:

You will be paid an amount of 1,250 GBP as a monthly salary into your
account that will be opened in your name and 300GBP as a weekly pocket
money for your upkeep. Additional hours will be paid at a rate that we may
agree between ourselves from time to time.

START DATE AND PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT:
You are expected to start your duties on the 26th of September and to stay for a minimum period of 4 to 6Months, If due to circumstances beyond your control or for any other reason, you wish to leave at an earlier date than our agreement, you will be required to give one month notice. If we require you to leave, subject to the conditions specified under ‘discipline’, we will give you a minimum of one month notice.

DISCIPLINE:

Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:

Causing a disruptive influence in the household.
Job incompetence.
Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to our interests.
Unreliability in timekeeping or attendance.
Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.

In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:
First - a verbal warning.
Second - a written warning.
Third - dismissal without need for further notice. Reasons with would give
rise to summary dismissal would be:

Theft or other dishonest offences.
Drunkenness.
Illegal drug taking. Child abuse or neglect.

The content of the following fake letter is untrue. The genuine UK Border Agency never requests that proof of sufficient funds is made in this way.

If the money is transferred by Western Union or Money Gram as stated below, the scammer will collect it and steal it. He is able to do this, using the Money Transfer Control Number (MTCN) or Reference Number, regardless of which name the transfer is made to.

Base on the sub section 3cap4 and sub section 7 of the UK Home Office rules and regulations/Law. For it stated that any immigrant who is from one of the EU Countries ,who wishes to carry out his or her activities here in United Kingdom such as ( Aupair, Nannies, Baby Sittings, Elderly Care and Domestic Teachers) are to apply for there National Insurance Number, Residence Permit and Work Scheme Card only.

Therefore, this are the important working documents you need to enable you work here in United Kingdom eligible/legally. To enable you secure all this working documents, as it is the legal order to put us in clarification that Apart from sponsorship from UK Based Employers, workers in Social Service Category (i.e Au pair, Babysitter, Nanny) coming to live and work in the UK for at least 12 months are mandated to have a minimum of £1500GBP, which is the stipulated financial requirement/basic applicant insurance allowance that must be in possession of the applicant/employee into the UK. PROCEDURE: VERIFICATION/CONFIRMATION OF MANDATORY BASIC INSURANCE FUNDS

The following process has been adopted following the new-points based system to earn the needed points for issuance of National Insurance Number, Work Scheme Card and supporting documents.
