This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam.

For your visa processing and documents needed, sorry i don't deal with any agencies for visa issues, we have to make it legal so please let me visit the U.S Immigration Services here to inquire about inviting an employee to the United States, you need to get here legally to avoid any unlawful acts and penalties, I think that will help us better.
