CONTRACT LETTER
Dear: xxxxxx,
We would like to offer you the position of Nanny to our family for a minimum period of 3 Months. The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:?
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. To provide childcare up to 6 hours per day, 5 days per week while you shall have 2 days off per week.
2. To plan and prepare nutritious meals and snacks for our daughter.
3. To plan and carry out activities to encourage social, physical, emotional and intellectual development of our daughter.
4. You shall be responsible for making our daughter's bed Monday to Friday.
5. You shall be responsible for preparing our daughter's lunch Monday to Friday, breakfast and dinner shall be the responsibility of her mother.
6. You shall also be responsible for shopping for her and your groceries.
7. You shall be responsible for dusting, vacuuming of her bedroom and playroom.

SALARY:
Employer agrees to pay the employees a gross salary of $750 per week. Net wages will be $750 per week.
Salary is to be paid every Monday covering the previous week wages.
ACCOMMODATION:
Rooms and board will be provided if nanny opt for live in position, but in the case of live out position the employer shall be responsible in paying for the rent for the total duration of the commitment period.
Nanny shall have access to private telephone line and computer with internet connection paid for by the employer.
Both employer and employee will respect the privacy of each other by knocking and awaiting invitation before entering any private areas
Nanny can make use of the family sitting room and the garden to entertain guest, but on no account should employee use the employer bedroom for entertainment of guest.
My family will provide you with a UK London visa work-resident permit papers to come and work with us for three months period as soon as your documents are being screened and certified by the solicitor which we directed you, so that we can be allowed to secure your traveling papers and also we will provide you with your flight ticket fee for your trip to UK.
VACATION:
Employer agrees to allow employee 2 weeks paid vacation to be taken after 4 months of employment.
Employee will be paid full salary if family travels without employee.
HEALTH INSURANCE:
Health insurance is to be paid by the employer.
AUTOMOBILE/AUTO INSURANCE:
Automobile will be provided for regular use without need for employer's permission.
Auto insurance will be paid by the employer.
SCHOOL:
You will be enrolled at a Public School to attend a course in any language of your choice for foreigners for the duration of your stay if you so wish.
START DATE AND PERIOD OF EMPLOYMENT:
You are expected to start on the 10th of October, 2011 to stay for a minimum period of 3 months.
ACADEMIC CREDENTIALS AND CERTIFICATES SCREENING.
In Compliance with the new UK labor law which hikes the retirement age to 66, and also makes it compulsory for all employees to complete the academic credentials and certificates screening before taking up any paid employment in the UK; you are required to contact the below solicitor for the purpose of the verification.

Upon the successful verification of your credentials we shall commence immediately the process of obtaining your visa and work permit.?
TERMINATION OF CONTRACT:
This contract is employment-at-Will. Employer and employee may terminate the contract at any time, with or without cause, however:
1. If the employment is terminated without cause, the employer is obliged to provide 3 weeks’ severance pay.
2. If the employee decides to leave the position with cause, the employee will provide at least 2 weeks’ notice.
