Am writing to you again in respect to the job offer with the Walters family here in the US.
After getting formally acquainted with Mr & Mrs Walter they have accepted & authorized me to legally assist in the procurement of all relevant hard copy travel papers directly from the US home office & immigration department here.
I am attaching herewith a Contract/Offer Letter on behalf of the family for you to go through. Also attached to this email is a copy of your Work Permit/Visa Application form directly obtained from the home office, you are to read through it carefully, fill up with no mistakes and send back to my chambers so I can forward it back their office.
If you accept the terms and conditions stated on the Offer letter, you
would have to sign and date at the Bottom then send a scanned copy to
me as an e-mail attachment along with your properly filled up Application form
& three (3)recent passport photographs.
You will also be required to send along with the above listed requirements,
$620USD for the legal processing fee for your hard copy
Contract Agreement and D.E.R Approval certificate that legally entitles you to work
anywhere here in the United States for a maximum period of 1yr without the need to
pay taxes as a Domestic worker.
These hard copy letters and certificates will have to be legally processed over at the
home office & Nationality Directorates(ND) department immediately.
And your host family as agreed upon will be solely responsible for the expenses for your
Work permit/visa & all round flight fare.
Also, as part of policy you will have to choose your prefered courier delivery service option from the other attachment also on this email, So everything is summed up in total with your legal fee then I can provide you with a Batch No & transcript code so immediately hard copy documents have been legally certified and endorsed, we will use the delivery fee you make available now as part of policy to courier all travel documents over to your respective address you have provided to me.
Note: I have just been informed that there will be an increase in security measures over at the immigration & embassy from next week for all foreign applicants legally seeking employment here and this will definitely affect this application if processing does not commence immediately, so I have just informed your employer as well concerning this recent development.
In regards to this, you are required to remit payments for the legal processing fee and delivery charges as well to this chamber after you must have made your choice of your prefered delivery service agency.
