Subject: Aupair Services Needed

Hello,
We are full time working parents currently looking for a well focus aupair to care for our 2 children.
Any nationality is acceptable to us but aupair has to be polite and active with full dedication to the job and should be willing to stay with us in London for not less than a month.
We are therefore looking forward to you joining our family and do reply us of your interest and if you would like to have more information about our family.
With very kind regards,
Rose

Hello,

Your interest to work with us is very appreciated and we would be happy to welcome you into our family and be part of our household.
The rightful aupair for this position should be someone with exemplary life a good role model and representative. An aupair with knowledge of French will also be very encouraging to us but not compulsory.
We expect Aupair to primarily look after our children and help out around the house as well but first we like to know. Have you at one time or the other render a childcare services before?
Our son Timo is a curious little boy, very friendly, always smiling and indeed a talkative. He will be attending creche 3 times a week and you will be expected to bring him to and from the school bus.
We have an aquarium with species of fishes and they are Timo's favorite. He likes to keep an eye on the aquarium whenever he's not outside playing.
As for our daughter Melanie, she is beautiful and quiet. She is usually busy playing with her several dolls and also fund of mimicking . In the meantime she will always be with you at home alone when Timo is out to school and we expect her to also resume creche at the start of next school session.
They both like watching children movies and dancing to all kind of music too..
Aupair will be expected to do light house work such as laundry, cleaning of the children room, ironing and coordinating only lunch.
We hope to offer a salary of £175 weekly and aupair will be expected to work 7 hours daily with the exception of weekends which will be your only free days for the week.
We do enjoy alcohol occasionally but definitely not a smoking family. Do you smoke or drink alcohol?. If you do, we'll simply like to know if you can abide to not smoking or drinking while the kids are around you but you will definitely be allowed to smoke either in your room or whenever the kids are not with you.
Our present home in Oxford is a semi-detached 3 bedroom house with a large garden that allows the children to run around with their friends during play time but we don't think the kids will have such a large space for play anymore since non of the houses we are presently negotiating for rent in London has such space as garden and so it will therefore be your responsibility to take them out to parks in every late afternoon to enable them have fun as usual but at the same time they need to be extremely looked after when out there.
You will be entitled to same meals just like every member of the family and in case you have any special diet request you should make it known to us.
You will also have your own large fully furnished bedroom and possibly with a separate bathroom because we can't really give full description of what the bedroom will look like at the moment since we are still in the process of getting a new home in London through an housing agent but in anyway your room will definitely be comfortable with basic room needs like TV and Internet.
Anyway we hope our discussion so far is amicable enough for you to arrive to us. Although we do expect you to arrive in at most 21 days from now and so kindly reply us if our conditions are acceptable to you.
With very best regards
Danilton

Hello,

Your responses are very satisfying. Nevertheless your actual dedication are of our major priority because your successful arrival to us will really be honored.
Do you intend to attend a language school in the UK? In case you have such a plan you should keep us inform from now so that we can be fully aware that you will be attending a language school while working with us and if you also wish us to assist you in getting you enrolled we will surely do.
Do you have a drivers license?. Although it is not compulsory for you to possess a drivers license to work with our family but if you do it could be of advantage to you in case you need to make use of our car for your personal engagement and also for shopping if you can give us a hand in that.
I will be responsible for all cooking but you may need to get the food warmed in the microwave because apart from fresh milk that the kids like to drink cold no other food is enjoyed by them if not warmed. So your responsibility will be to get them feed and make sure they don't mess up every where because Melanie is fond of playing with her food and as result of that she seriously needs a lots of monitoring when eating.
How do you intend to arrive to the UK?. We hope you'll tell us of your itinerary if known and in case you'll like us to pick you up from any specific point in London to our home at arrival you should inform us ahead of time so that we can put that in our schedule from now.
We do consider both long and short stay but only a minimum of 4 weeks contract will be considered and a year maximum.
Anyway we presumed we have given you sufficient information about our family and some of the likely routine as well, so in case you have any more questions concerning our analysed routine do not hesitate to ask us further.
Looking forward to your reply.
Regards

Hello,
Every bit of your discussion with us has been very pleasing plus your full attention and sincerity to join our family as well but with the news just reaching us from our representative housing agent we understood that our propose new home bid in London has just been confirmed lost and due to this development we don't think we will be able to assure you of living under the same roof with us anymore since I and my husband have just decided to go for a smaller apartment as a result of the little time left to our packing to London and by so doing our decision to offer you an accommodation in our home will no longer be valid/possible and we do hope you will understand our reason for coming up with these decision.
Once again it is quite unfortunate and regrettable that we will not be able to offer you a room in our home any longer has earlier proposed and in case you are still considering working with our family it means you will have to consider living under a separate rented apartment.
However in case you do reconsider this offer further as in the new living arrangement we may also be considering an increment in your salary to cover your rent expenses as well since it will now be compulsory for you to cover expenses on accommodation too.
So we therefore hope you will decide and reply us of your opinion at the soonest.
Hope to read from you soon.
Regards

Hello,
We appreciate the fact that you still wish to keep up with our family and based on your reply to continue with us we have therefore decided to review our salary offer to you from £175 to £297.5 weekly since you will have to rent a flat and in cure all rent expenses from your salary as well.
Note that our decision on salary review has been concluded based on our enquiries on flat rent rates from our housing agent who is currently negotiating our new home deal in London. According to him, he said an average rent cost of a room flat in Brent London is between £70 to £95 and with our new salary review we are very guaranteed that the salary offer will definitely be sufficient enough for you to pay your entire flat rent bills successfully.
Be informed that you will no longer be entitled to dinner while working with us since you will not be available with us during dinner time anymore and as such it means your dinner will be your sole responsibility but we will still be responsible for both your breakfast and lunch on your work days.
You don't need to buy any household things into the flat that will be secured for you because most flat of your choice do already includes household needs.
Moreover based on your reconsideration of our offer we have therefore sent enquiries to a few more housing agent on any available flat at the closest distance to our home and with considerable prizes and whatever reply we receive we will let you know. However in case you do also find any flat for rent yourself you should write us of the details immediately.
Anyway we hope you will reply us of your satisfaction to the salary increment as well.
Waiting to read from you.
Best regards

Another email sent from Nigeria: IP address 41.155.37.197 - Lagos, Nigeria.

From: Rose Danilton <[email protected]>

Hello,

After thorough enquiries on some of the available flats at close distance to us we finally did have a reply of a bright double room available within a quiet, clean home. We also did receive details of 2 other shared flats with fully furnished central living rooms and the last of all was also a fully equipped partly shared flat. There monthly prizes are given as follows.
1.shared flat £360pcm
2.Shared flat £340pcm
3.Partly shared flat £380pcm
4.Double room £400pcm
We understood the entire listed flats already includes council tax and primary bills as well and that both long and short term lets are also considered.
If you are therefore interested in any of this given flats prizes do inform us so that we can ask for full description of it or send you the email address of the housing agent to enable you have a direct communication with him on any of your prefer flat prizes.
Waiting for your on time reply.
Best Regards

The housing agent is also fake, and is part of the scam.

From: Rose Danilton <[email protected]>

We did propose to establish communication with the housing agent again based on your request to have more information about the partly shared flats but at the same time we also thought it will be more appropriate for you to discuss directly with him for a more reliable description of the flats, addresses, photos and other facilities if you are truly interested in securing any of the available flats.
Note that we haven't negotiated with Mr Plats beyond this stage of it and so you should ask him of all you wish to know of your prefer flat.
So mail him at [email protected] and get back to us of your discussion and conclusion with him.
Looking forward to meeting you.
With best regards

Subject: Rent Terms and Facilities

I am sorry to inform you that the flats you have requested for rent have been secured and is no longer available. Although I do have another flat on the same street (7 Chesham St Brent, London NW10 0BH) with similar facilities and it is currently available.

It is also a partly shared flat with separate use of facilities. It's more or less a new apartment and the room is comfortable.
The room is 10.5 square metres with standard dimensions and is beautiful with big bed.
It also has a built-in four door wardrobe, 2 set of bed sheets, 2 pillows with pillow cases, and 2 blankets, a mirror, new decoration, wooden floor, a bathroom, wi-fi Internet connection, a television set, a stove plus primary kitchen utensils and refrigerator.

The apartment cost 80£ weekly (bills inclusive) and an 8 weeks rent advance is expected to be remitted on this apartment as the first rent advance fee which in all cost a total of 640£. But no rent deposit is required.

An air conditioner with washing machine is also available but optional and it's not added to the above fee breakdown.A total of 25.5£ is charge weekly on washing machine and air conditioner if included with your rent package.
So if you want facilities to includes washing machine and an air conditioner you will be required to remit 131£ weekly and 1,048£ as the first 8 weeks advance rent fee. But in case you only opt for one out of the 2 facilities listed (washing machine and an air conditioner) you will be expected to remit a total of £105.5 weekly and £844 as the first 8 weeks advance rent fee.

LOCATION & TRANSPORT LINKS:
- Nearest tube/overground stations is Neasden Tube Station. It is 5 minutes walk from the flat. This is on the Jubilee Line, ideal for easy access to Kilburn, Baker Street etc.
- Buses: Number 332 takes you into Paddington towards Euston and the 220 takes you towards Hammersmith. Also have other several buses to central, outside London and including night buses.
- Peaceful and trusted neighbourhood with nearby shops. About 10 minutes walk from Willesden Green. If you drive the street is quiet with easy parking, the location gives easy access to notting hill, queens park, kilburn etc

Note that rooms are usually booked ahead and it is not guarantee to anyone unless an advance rent fee is fully remitted on the room and to be guaranteed an apartment you are advise to cover the advance rent fee now and be issued a rent contract and receipt immediately which stands as the proof of your tenancy.

In case you are interested in the room or you have any further questions to ask of the accommodation, do let me know of it all on time so that i can communicate it to the landlord once i call to confirm your interest to her because she already left for Manila a week ago to resume office after her 3 weeks work leave and i will prefer if you can make all your request known to me at once so that i can discuss it all with her once i call her attention to your proposal as well.

See attachment for Photos

Sincerely,

Richard Platts
