If anyone asks you to contact any agency (or lawyer, or any other person, company or organisation) for your visa - it is a scam.

A visa for the United States is ONLY available from the US Embassy or Consulate in your own country. You need to directly apply for this.

To anyone who is looking for an au pair position in the USA: please also read these US Government webpages about the US Au Pair Program:

http://exchanges.state.gov/jexchanges/p ... upair.html

http://j1visa.state.gov/participants/how-to-apply/

Do not send money to any agency, embassy, lawyer, or other person introduced to you by a potential host family.

Thank you for posting this, carla51. Could you also post the email address used by the fake US Immigration Support, so that au pairs who google this can find your warning and learn that it is a scam.
