This is not a genuine au pair or employment opportunity; it is a scam. The scammer does not really live in the UK; he is sending his emails from Nigeria, as proven by the IP addresses, eg 41.58.51.36 - Lagos, Nigeria.

The travel agency is also fake, and is part of the scam. The permits are invented by the scammer, and no genuine documents will be obtained through him.

This email from the fake travel agency was also sent from IP address 41.58.52.35 (Lagos, Nigeria) - it was sent by the same scammer who is also pretending to be Mark Hiller.
