Subject: Au Pair Job

Dear Au Pair,

How are you doing? hope all is well with you and your family over there.
The reason why am writing you this concise message is just to know whether you
can be an Au pair for my kids. I am a Married woman, with two kids namely Rooney
and Gibson, 2 and 4years respectively. I have an Au pair at the moment but will
soon be leaving, her contract is ending in less than two weeks time. Initially
she wish to stay more longer but she later told me that she had an urgent
appointment which she must attend to in her country. Do you have Passport if you
do you don't need to be worried about your travel document. In the house we have
a Puppy Dog and two Rabbits , I have some one taking care of the Pets in terms
of washing, and cleaning together with feeding. Your responsibilities is just to
be with the kids and your presence will be figured to my kids like that of a
Mother
to Children while am at work, well this all you have to do. I would like to know
if you will accept this offer so that I can arrange how you going to get here so
that you can start work. I Suggest to look for an Au pair/Nanny who will be God
fearing, hardworking and mostly honest in service. I'm Mrs Jenny Scholes and
live in Manchester, United Kingdom. I will want an Au pair that is ready to come
over here hopefully by next month and He/She will be treated as part of my
family and not just like an Au pair. Though i might be flexible on the date,
and your date of starting the work could be considered. You will be paid a sum
of 1,000 Pounds month and a 50 Pounds weekly as your pocket money and will be
subjected to increment base on your performance. More so, I will want you play
with the kids and teach them new things so as to widen their horizon. You will
have full access to everything in my house and will be taking care of by me.

Lastly I would want you to know that we can arrange a part time English
study for you which is very near to my house and we will make all necessary
payments that's if you want to study. Hope you are satisfied with my
arrangements for you. If so kindly write back to discuss further on how we will
arrange your travel plans for you so that you can join my family soonest. Please
do get back to me and If you have any question, do not hesitate to ask me, I
will be looking forward to hearing from you soonest.

Dear Au Pair,

It's good to hear from you, It is always good to make references before choosing Au pairs. I had send a Moldovan girl packing before I got this my last Au Pair (Lucy). She has been our Au pair for 12 months now and her Contract with us ends this Month and she do not want to increase her term of Contract. All of our past Au pairs have found the job really manageable and fun. The job is 20 to 25 hours/week and allows for a freedom to do what you want on your time. Let me tell you those task you'll have to perform daily; you will look after our kids, take the kids to school in the morning 7:30am and after they close from school you go and pick them back home right about 1pm in afternoon, prepare simple meals for the kids and help them do their home work, arrange their drawers and tidy their rooms, do little laundry and other household chores. You will close from work by 4:00pm in noon, I will be back from work by 4pm which i will render assistance for you, Saturdays and Sundays will be your off working period, you will be having a room in the same house we are living with the kids ,but if you want to stay out I shall make provision for you on that. Their is a personal Car to take the both kids out for pick nick during the weekends (Driving experience not necessary) just for your convenience, it is not compulsory if you can't drive, you can equally learn that here. You will have 3 weeks paid vacation after 4 months of work. Vacation must be negotiated however, well in advance.

I hope you understand better? If you do not Visa and Working permit, kindly email me back so that we can make arrangement on how you can secure a Visa and working permit down here. I will be looking forward to your reply soonest.

Kind regards,
Mrs. Jenny Scholes.
