This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. You can see an identical scam mail, with the country location changed, here:

Our current Au pair has been with us for a year. She has been awesome and we have really enjoyed her living as part of our family.

The UK Immigration email address given below is not genuine; it is a free webmail account which also belongs to this scammer.

From: "Bishop. samuel Shaw" <[email protected]>

I was so happy to read from you. I want you to know the job is already yours. I saw the seriousness and willingness in you.
I will also want to use this medium to tell you a little more about my family.
Dave was 5yrs on the 26th of June, while Steve will be 7yrs on the 30th of next month. As regards my wife, it was a sad event. Though its okay, because you did not know about it. I lost my wife more than 2yrs ago to an auto-crash. Since then i have been in need of an aupair to take care of my boys while i am off to work.
I am a Barrister and i own my own small chamber good enough to provide all amenities for my family. I will want to have you here on or before the 30th of next month. Will that be possible?

In conclusion, feel free to contact the UK immigration on [email protected] , so we both know what needed to be done fast. In case you contact the agency, give reference to my case file number (423460) with them. I would love to build a good intimacy with you before your arrival. You do not need to have a driver's license. My last aupair just concluded our contract at the end of last month and just returned Spain. Now that my mind is made up on you, i will want us to always get in touch everyday.
I have also attached some pictures for your view.

Regards,
Bish. samuel

These are the stolen photographs sent by this scammer, who pretends that they are photos of himself and his sons. This scammer also used the same photographs in other scams, as you can see here:
