Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam.

Dear Au- pair,

We are a happy and loving family, living here in London UK, we are
looking for an International Au- pair from Any Country, who can show
loving care to our only daughter. We need someone who will not just be
glad, but will also diligently appreciate staying with us for a
minimum period of 6 month(s) or more.

We read your profile on aupair-options.com and so wish to crave
your indulgence as regards coming to be a nanny for our child who is
just four years of age. It is on this note that we write you,
indicating that we need an Au- pair as soon as we can so as to enable
us meet our targets this year.

We are looking for a motivated & experienced Au- pair for our Lovely
Baby and will appreciate it if you will be willing to be part of our
dear family.

Communicate your interest to us asap.

shall proceed to the necessary requirement as to your joining our

We live in a four (4) bedroom house in Wellington court, 224 knight
bridge, London United Kingdom, and have a daughter Zoe, age 4 years
old. Our residence is very open and near the city and there are other
Au pairs close by. In the area there is a pub full of young people,
there is also a bus stop outside our house with city center.

We will require you to take good care of Zoe for approximately 30hrs a
week. You will have weekends free and be entitled to all holidays and
we will pay you GBP300 (British pounds) PER week and a total amount of
1,500GBP Monthly.

You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom either live in or
out fully furnished, with a desk phone and computer system with
internet.

We do not smoke; neither do we have pets in our compound/ Home.

We need an Au- pair to start with us soon and stay until at least from
a period of 3months to a year or more and we will require the Au- pair
to start up at least by the third week of November, 2011.

documentation of your employment/contract letter from the designated

We are a fun young family looking for a kind hearted fun Au- pair to
mix in with our family. Our solicitor associate will handle the travel

within and outside the home.you are to use our car if you want to we
shall also be paying you the sum of 1700GBP(two thousand GBP per month
in arrears with a weekly pocket money of 300GBP.for your upkeep) We
have decided to find an Au pair because We need help looking after our
adorable daugther.

Our family expected you to work for 20 to 25 hours per week which is 5
to 6 hour per day. You will be required to get her ready for the day,
take her to school collect her after school and see to her needs in
the afternoon You will also be required to assist her with homework,
bath and change as required, arrange visits with friends, see to after
school activities, play games together as well as any thing else that
may be necessary for her amusement and well being. You will be
required to do some cleaning up (including washing and ironing for her
and yourself and the cleaning of your rooms)

We shall be undertaking the costs of your Flight Ticket and travel
documents like your Flight Ticket, Work Permit and Temporary
Immigration status. Accommodation and feeding shall be provided by us.

Now you need to send us your (resume) and tell us more about you and
some of your picture so that we can know more about you and access
over it.
After we shall have you in getting copy of contract letter, from the
appropriate authority in the UK HOME OFFICE you are to start work as
soon as possible. we are to start now to process you traveling
documents down to UK.

EMPLOYMENT/INVITATION CONTRACT

This EMPLOYMENT AGREEMENT is made as of today 1st day in the month of November, 2011; by and between Mr. & Mrs. Bernard Stuart (hereinafter referred to as the Employer) and xxxxxx xxxxxx(hereinafter referred to as the Employee).

We would like to offer you the position of an Aupair to our family. The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:

Hours

You will be required to work for approximately 30 hours per week. Every weekend, will be spent with the family or anywhere, as you would have the weekends off.

Accommodation:

You would have a Private Live-Out or Live-In Accommodation depending on your preference with Private Bathroom, Sitting Room and Bedroom. Your room would also be furnished with a Television Set, an Internet Ready Computer System and a Fixed Landline telephone. We ask that all rooms be kept tidy and that friends staying over should only do so with our permission. If we go out as a family, you will generally be invited to come with us (at our expense) should you so choose?

Duties and responsibilities:

Your main duty is the due taking care of Zoe. You will be required to get her ready for the day, get her to school, you will also be required to assist with homework, arrange visits with friends, see to after school activities, play games together as well as anything else that may be necessary for Her amusement and wellbeing. You will be required to clean your room without interference.

Salary:

You will be paid an amount of 1500GBP (One Thousand five hundred GBP per month in arrears with a weekly pocket money of 300GBP. For your upkeep)

Start Date and Period of Employment

You are expected to start as soon as you arrive here and to stay for a period of 5months. If due to circumstances beyond your control or for any other reason, you wish to leave at an earlier date than our agreement, you will be required to give one month’s notice. If we require you to leave, subject to the conditions specified under ‘discipline’, we will give you a minimum of one month’s notice.

Discipline:

Reasons, which could give rise to disciplinary measures, are as follows:

Causing a disruptive influence in the household.

Job incompetence.

Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to our interests.

Unreliability in timekeeping or attendance.

Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.

In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:

First - a verbal warning.

Second - a written warning.

Third - dismissal without need for further notice. Reasons that can give rise to summary dismissal would be:

Theft or other dishonest offences.

Drunkenness.

Illegal drug taking.

Child abuse or neglect.

Vacation

You will have 3 weeks paid vacation after 4 months of work. Vacation must be negotiated however, well in advance.

Important : You are to adhere to the following travel instructions as we would be responsible for your travel arrangements hence your strict compliance is required so that you do not make any mistakes or have any problems on arrival here in United Kingdom.

A Certificate of Eligibility is important to prove that we are sponsoring your travel down to the United Kingdom and to prove that you are eligible to take up a job position in United Kingdom before the UK Home Office would send the hard copies of your traveling documents, Job Reference Number and your Interview Date to the nearest British Embassy or Consulate in your country or current location and the Certificate of Eligibility would be issued to you with your Reference Number and Interview Date.

Please Proceed to Contact the Designated/Recommended to my lawyer that works with UK Border Agency to furnish you with details regarding your travel documents to UNITED KINGDOM.
