It's a scam. The English is clearly African, the name a typical scammer invention, and the "business" uses a free email address, but even more importantly:

To be an au pair in the US, you MUST be sponsored by an agency that is on the US government's list of approved agencies. The "agency" the scammer mentions is not on that list. You can see more regulations and access the official list here: http://j1visa.state.gov/programs/au-pair/

You also need to be careful when using that list. A scammer may use the name of an agency on the list, but send you to a fake website or email address. If you are given the name of an agency on the official list, you still need to verify that you are in contact with the real agency. ALWAYS check with the real agency using the contact information on the US government's website, and make sure that you are in contact with the real people.
