The owner of the linked profile above asked me for my CV and recent photos and too late that I've already sent them before I've discovered here that it is a scammer. What do I need to do? Are my personal information safe? I've already reported on the Easy AuPair site that the profile is a scammer but I am worried because I've sent my CV. Please advice me if there is a way, or if I need not to worry. Thank you.

There is no need to be worried, these au pair scammers will get lots of cv's, photos, etcetera from (potential) victims. They are not interested in them, and don't even read your cv, they only want you to send these things to seem real. The only thing a scammer is interested in is how to steal your money.
