Chris Fuller is this really a scam? you mean those pictures he is posting in his facebook account are not real. We're from the Philippines and my father almost got that job but saw your post bout this man. this is the info he has in his facebook:

We are a loving and kind Martins family with Male and Female kids, Elizabeth is 3year and Peter is 5years old.. Both parents work.. We live in 78, Swanton Gardens, Wimbledon, London, SW19 6BL.. We are looking for a hard-working, honest, reliable and sincere person to be part of our family.

We noticed the information you have and what is in his facebook are different. Thank you Mr. Fuller for the information.

Yes, this is really a scam! These scammers send their emails out to anyone, regardless if that person can work in the UK or not. You say you are living in the Phillipines, which means you can't get an au pair position there. At this present time, a person is only permitted to come to the UK to be an au pair if they are a citizen of the European Economic Area, British Overseas Territories, Japan, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or Monaco.
You can read about this here:

Actually the au pair programs are meant for students, to give them the opportunity to experience another culture, it's not a real job.

Being a victim doesn't mean you stand alone. We're here to help you.

Hello chandra, and welcome to ScamWarners. Yes, as David says above, the man calling himself Andrew Martins is a scammer. The photos shown in his Facebook account are not his own photos; they are photos which the scammer found online, downloaded, and pretends are of his own family.

This scammer may also offer other positions, as well as an au pair position. He may tell your father that he could go to the UK to be his gardener or driver, for example. In reality, however, it is impossible to obtain a Domestic Worker's visa unless a person has already been working for that employer for at least one year in another country. You can confirm this here:

http://www.ukba.homeoffice.gov.uk/visas ... igibility/

This scammer does not really live in the UK, and does not have any work to offer to anyone. He intends to invent some fees to be paid, or a proof of sufficient funds to be made - and then he will steal this money. He may ask for a payment through a lawyer, travel agent, estate caretaker, or immigration officer. All people connected to Andrew Martins are also fake, and are part of the scam.
