I've got this message and I've seen the gentleman in charge with it could be a scammer. Is it real or not?

Yes, this is a scam, and both the host family and the travel agency are fake, and part of the scam.

There is no genuine au pair position or job on offer, and no genuine documents will be ever be obtained for you. All money sent to the scammer will be stolen from you.
