Subject: Job Responsibility

Dearest Au Pair,

Many more Thanks for your timely response also the wonderful interest you have shown, I and my wife were very happy after we read your mail indicating your interest to work for us.

We have seen your true effort of been a member of our family and someone who will definitely take very good care of and our kids while We are out for work and other life runs. My wife works a lot on the kids making sure that they meet up with the better side of life, doing the light household work, therefor we have decided to look for an Au pair who would be of help to the family and to give the kids more qualities time they would want.

We are American happy and caring family living in South Hampton in England. Our family would enjoy it if you are a person who enjoys doing lots of stuff with the kids, singing, going swimming, playing outside, reading stories, etc. Our prime objective is to get our children to be happy, independent little beings and these are the areas we would want you to participate on. This would also naturally mean, that sometimes you would have to help with a light household chores, because we love neatness also enjoy spending time with the kids.

You will be working 5 days a week, with weekends and evening off. If we want, you look after the kids in the evenings or weekends, we will obviously discussed with you in advance and with your consent. You will then either get time off later, or be paid for the extra hours you have worked over time.

Brenda is a friendly little girl, who loves to sing, she is more artistic i would say, but She is a bit shy and checks things out before she participates. Very caring and easy to get along with.

Mark likes Brenda very much, a friendly little boy. Usually happy with himself, likes chocolate. He speaks very little, but can make very clear what he wants. He loves toy cars and pets, Obviously they can also throw their tantrums, but I must honestly say that happens very seldom. If they are told to do something, 95% of the times they will do it, We have pets(Dog).
Your help will be needed on this options below ;

* Help getting children ready for school.
* driving kids to and from school/activities if you can drive or probably we can provide a driver.
* cooking simple meals for them.
* tidying their rooms, putting toys away.
* Take them to their swimming ground once in five days.
* Take the kids to School in the morning and bring them back in the noon.

The duties I think are well spelled out and simple. You will be entitled to a basic salary of 1,200 GBP, a fully furnish bedroom in the family building with a desktop Intel Pentium IV Computer and Internet Access to enable you communicate with your people.
Actually you will go into contract with my family as a new Au pair, We are willing to incur the expenses of your flight, entrance/visa deduct 0.05% of it every month from your salary until full dept is been paid, but it must be on a mutual agreement that your name must be Sworn an Affidavit of Oath at the Court of Justice here in the UK before the commencement on your visa endorsement/approval at the UK Home Border Agency.

The Sworn Affidavit of Oath is a written form of evidence used in Agreement proceeding. The affidavit sets out the facts as you remember them.Your statutory declaration/statement of fact to abide in this contract will be made as your name is being sworn also you will incur the expenses of that at the crown Court.

I know you might find other families that might pay a bit more than I do, but I honestly believe you will not find another family who will look after you as well as we do and make you feel at home.

Upon your acceptance of the above terms, Please write back so that we will prepare the Contract of Agreement, The Contract letter will be binding this job and also I will give you directives on the procurement of the Affidavit of guarantee by referring you to our family attorney. When they are sorted out, you can then come here to resume your employment.
We are excited to see you join us soon.

Warm regards,
Williams John

Subject: Preparation Of Contract.

Dearest Au pair,

I write to inform you that i got your update from your side, i went through your mail very well.

Note that the proceedings are very simple and very easy because i am so much happy that you are an Europe and you do not need a visa for that. but note that you have to update my family immigration attorney for the contract agreement and as well the affidavit of oath which will make you reach a mutual agreement with me here in the British Crown Court and you have to be responsible for the processing charges of the affidavit of oath.

If all i have said are well understood, kindly forward your full names to the immigration attorney for further proceedings of the contract agreement and the affidavit of oath. ( [email protected] )

Looking forward to hear from you soonest.

Best regards.
