The agency is also fake, and is part of the scam.

Subject: You are welcome to join us...

I was so happy to read from you. I want you to know the job is already yours. I saw the seriousness and willingness in you.
I will also want you to be rest assured that my search for an Au pair has just ended now that i have you. So as regards your UK Visa, I have a very reliable agency here in the UK that will prepare all your travel documents, your visa and the working permit. My past Au-pairs went through them.
So contact them right away and quote my family reference number (423471) with them. That way they will know you are from me.
I will need you for a year and we could extend it on your wish.
The email contact to get in touch with the agency is [email protected].
I have also attached some family pictures for your view. I hope we get along well even before your arrival. I hope to have some pictures of you in your next reply
