My son and wife are very easy going and as such you can get along with them easily. Your accommodation would be fully furnished and we would be paying you 700GBP Monthly and 120GBP weekly throughout the duration of your stay with us.

Really I do not no what to say again. This is my first time of hiring an aupair so i would like to know when you can be available because I would like an Au pair that can start as soon as possible.Please e mail me if you would like to discuss the position with me,

How are doing today? we are so glad that you could write us back that
shows that you are in good health.

We have decided to find an au pair because we need help in taking care
of our child. We are looking for an au pair to be a big sister to our
child and to become another member of our family.

My son Dave is 3 year old and he likes to go to the parks once a week
and we would like you to take him around if you wish.

We will require you to take care of Dave for about 28hrs a week. You
will have weekends free and we will pay you 700 pounds per month
and 120 pounds weekly for pocket money which we will give to you every Friday.

We will need you to drive our second car if you can and we shall
arrange some driving lessons for you when you arrive. You may use this
car for taking Dave to school or taking him around the city.

We are a fun young family looking for a kind hearted fun au pair to
mix in with our family.

Our family shall pay for all your travel expenses, hence i will make
the necessary enquiries from my Lawyer that works with the UK Home
Office on how to procure traveling documents for you and get back to
you.

The Contract will be for a Period of 12(Twelve) months beginning from xxx xx, 2012 you will be paid at the rate of GBP 700 for the Contract period. Employee shall perform such duties as are customarily performed by one holding such position in other, same, or similar services as that engaged in by employer and shall also additionally render such other and unrelated services and duties as may be assigned to (HIM OR HER) from time to time by employer.

The duties listed above will require an average weekly time commitment of 32hrs.


* Fringe benefits of this Contract include the participation in the Employers’ Insurance program.


* You agree to provide the Elvis Weber’s Family, upon its request, evidence of acceptance of the contract and employability by processing your Work and Residence Permit Papers as required by United Kingdom Immigration Laws.

Compensation and Benefits: Employer shall Pay GBP700 per month and shall be paid (every 30th day of the Month.) And GBP120 Weekly either by cash or by Check as agreed by the Employee.

Paid vacation: 4 week(s) per year. Nanny will give employer 1-week notice of any upcoming vacations. Nanny shall be given bonus vacation pay of 550GBP

Accommodation: Residence shall be in Employers Housing, with Private Bed Room and Sit Out. Fixed Land Line, Internet Ready Computer and Vehicle for Mobility would be provided if needed.

Reviews, Raises, and Grievance Procedures:

The employer agrees to review the nanny every 3 months if Employee needs the same.

Changes and Amendments: In the event of the birth of another child, nanny and employer must discuss first if nanny wishes to continue employment, or if she/he will receive more money per week for the care of the new baby, and how much

Contract can be amended if both parties agree to do so.

NOTICE OF TERMINATION:

The nanny must give 2 weeks notice of termination in writing.

The employer shall give nanny 4weeks notice if his/her services shall no longer be required.

If the employers terminate the agreement, employer agrees to pay all wages up to and including nanny last day of work.

If the Employee agrees that (HE OR SHE) will at all times be faithful and industrious and to the best of (HIS OR HER) Knowledge do all the above mentioned in this Agreement. Employee should proceed to Scan and E-mail the signed contract agreement to [email protected] to signify full acceptance of the terms and conditions contained herein.


* The terms and conditions stated in this letter of contract constitute the entire agreement between you and the MR CHARLES WHALES FAMILY. This offer of Contract shall be terminated if the signed copy of this letter is not received by the Employer and if the Valid Resident and Work Permit Papers furnished 7 days before resumption date to proof readiness of the Employee to relocate to duty post.
