The following email was received in response to a listing on an Au Pair website. This is a scam, no vacancy exists the scammer will try an scam you out of money by asking for fees or travel costs or accomodation costs.

Hello Au pair

We are a family of 3 in USA looking for an Au Pair to start in August of 2009. Two children will be a priority. The two children are school aged, and at the time we require an Au pair. Our Au pair will have the evenings to herself with the exception of the very occasional evening (perhaps one per month). The weekly wage is $700.00 Aside from the salary, we will also be willing to fund one university course per year- provided the Au pair is accepted into the university.

We are looking for a long term Au pair, who can commit to at least 6 months. However, we would prefer an Au pair who is willing to consider 3 years or more.

movies, prepare/serving their snacks and foods. You will have your Private Room which will have Bathroom,
Toilet, Television, Conditional. You will have access to the Internet and a Telephone at home to get in touch with
your friends and loved ones where ever they in the world.
You will be free at the weekend (Saturday & Sunday) I would normally go out on a Friday night .Mind you there
would be plenty of times I don't go out and also my mother can always come around to assist in the house,so don't
worry!!.I will send you my family pics in my next email so kindly send some pictures of you.Furthermore,i like you
to know that you will be the one to shoulder for the cost of your processing documents and also your Air ticket.I
have received so many mails from different people and at the end of the day what i get as a response is that i
should help them get over here and they have a salary deduction,if this is what you are looking for then,do not bother.
I would like to know if you have a valid USA Visa and Work permit to work here with me in the USA....If you
don't have visa and work permit, I would advise you email my agency to help you for the USA Visa and Work
