NOTE HE IS TRYING TO FORCE A FAKE TRAVELLING AGENT ON YOU. THEY CANT EVER APPLY FOR YOUR VISA, THAT IS DONE DIRECTLY BY YOU. I TOLD HIM THAT "I WILL ORGANISE MY OWN DOCUMENTS".
