Hello Aupair,

Am Mr Marc Richard from United Kingdom, am a scientist and researcher,
my wife Mrs Penny Richard is a banker, we have two kids Betty 3 years
and Daniel 3 years, we are a very busy family, i do a lot of traveling
due to the nature of my job and my wife on the other hand closes late
at work, we need a truth worthy and friendly person to take care of
our kids in our absence. We need you to take the kids to school and
bring them back home,, my kids also like picnics and having fun so you
will be a full part of the family and have to take them to movies and
picnic once a while, my kids really liked our last aupair because she
was friendly and took them picnicking. I will be expecting your mail
to know if you have a Working Visa to work legally in United Kingdom
and if you can drive to know if you will make use of our spare car. we
will also like to know when you will be available to come over and the
duration you can spend with my family. I will be paying you 2,700
Pounds every 4 weeks and a pocket fee of 250 Pounds weekly which I
suppose should be Okay by you and as regard to my family picture, my
scanner is currently bad. I will try to go to the cyber cafe so I can
get it scanned then email them to you Okay...

Thank you for posting this. Yes, it is a scam! The amount of money they want to pay is far too high, and i found a similar scam email on the internet.

This scammer is still sending out the introductory email shown above, with the following reply-to address:

Here is another email from this scammer. It was not sent from the UK; it was sent from Nigeria, as proven by the Nigerian IP address: 195.219.3.162.

The travel agency is also fake, and is part of the scam.

schooling days and from 8am-4pm, you will be free and you can use your
free period for what ever you prefer

(reading,schooling or language learning), while during holiday, my
kids attend per-school lessons so you will have to take them

there also but that takes lesser time and they spend a maximum of 3
hours. I know a traveling agency, good and respected,

they help us with traveling and they helped our last Au pair, their

help you with traveling and coming over to be with my family, send a
mail to them and tell them that you are from Marc Allen Richard

Family and they will need your traveling documents. I want to tell
you that I will help you pay for the half payment that the

agent ask you to pay for the visa and work permit here just to tell
you how urgent I need you here and to assure you on how

serious I am about you coming here to work for my family as an Au
Pair, the job is already yours.,concerning the you driving i

already have a drive here i believe you have nothing to be worried
about now.as for the accommodation we still have two room

left in our house but you do want to stay outside its welcome we can
get you a nice house.I already discussed about you with he

kids, they seem to like you despite the fact that they are yet to see
