It's a definite scam.

The English grammar is indicitive of an African writer, rather than an educated English speaker.

The +4470 phone number is a personal redirect number that whilst it looks like a UK number, can actually be redirected anywhere in the world. There is no reason for someone in the UK to have one of these.

Finally, the "travel agent" is a fake using a free Yahoo email address. Travel agencies do not organise visas. That is done in person at the UK Embassy in your country.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

Hello myalacrity,

A scammer who calls himself James L Grun - email address [email protected] - uses that redirect phone number. Is that the name used by the scammer who you received the emails from?
