Hello Dear,

I my name is carl Pederson, i saw your profile at (mydearaupair.com) and i
found your profile interesting. I am a Banker by profession and my

Terry is 5yrs and john is 5yrs,frank is 3yrs and lewis is a baby we
recenlt moved to the United Kingdom and as you know there are a lot
of achievement in United kingdom and you will be treated as part of
the family from the minute you arrive, we also have a laundry man in
our house hold living in our pool house, at the back. My children are
fun loving, playful and a little hectic at times, they like playing
video games, football. My children are very intelligent but plays a
lot that's why i need them to be a bit more busy studying some foreign
language, (French, Dutch, either)piano classes, for at least 2hrs a
day 3times a week after their afternoon Nap, To go to the swimming
pool, park, etc. And to play with them.I will be paying you 2000
Pounds per month and you will also get 200 Pounds as pocket money
every week. You will work around 4 or 5 hours per day, no more. From
Monday to Saturday. Our family is a little hectic at times but fun
loving, and energetic as well, The Au pair would be required to bath
the kids in the mornings only, and also take them to school and
bringing them back, Monday to Friday (Au pair/nanny that could drive
is okay, we have available a car that can be used) although the school
is about 600meters from our home, its a walking distance for me, :),
The Au pair will have access to the internet and a television and
video in his/her room. You will have his/her own double room with
suite shower facilities. I would expect the Au pair to work for
25-30hrs per week Mon-Fri with weekends off you can start doing some
other things here in UK as you will have your working permit as soon
as I'm okay with you u will have to do some housework.

It is very suspicious.
His English is not "English". Seems African.
The salary is quite high. He mentions "work permits", which are settings for scam.

Yes, this is a scam! The amount of money is far to high for an au pair position.

Hi Queens,

you may look at viewtopic.php?f=42&t=3019.
It offers a pretty good list of common "red flags" for au pair scams.

Moreover, a header analysis can be useful.

Moreover, if you are offered au pair/nanny positions in UK, USA, Canada, you may look to
viewtopic.php?f=42&t=32792
(scroll down to Chris Fuller's post)

If you still have doubts, do not hesitate to post here.

As marketing manager of Mydearaupair.com, I can assure you that we are taking into account all the scam mails that you may have received.

In order to protect our members personal information and avoid spams, mydearaupair.com is improving its website.

Within a few days, the contact details of our members will no longer be visible without authorization.

Therefore, a family wishing to contact an aupair or an aupair wishing to contact a family, will have to put in a contact request in order to access the complete profile of the aupair or the family.

Moreover, we are improving the security of our website by asking families or aupairs to send us an official proof of identity in case of doubt.

Be sure that we want to help you find out the scammers and remove them form our database.

We hope that those mesures will help you to find the best family.
