The Faith Nanny and Au Pair Agency is fake. They have no real nanny or au pair positions to offer to anyone; the host family and travel agency are also fake, and part of the scam.
The emails from the fake Vladimir family are not really sent from the UK; they, like the emails from the fake agency, are sent from Ukraine, as proven by the IP addresses, eg 178.158.81.200 - Ukraine.
As stated above, the Travel Saving Agent is also fake, and part of the scam. This fake agent will pretend that he can obtain a visa for you; or, if you don't need a visa, he will pretend that he can obtain a work permit, insurance, or a flight ticket. All money sent to the agent will be stolen from you.
