Contract
1. For good consideration, the employs on the following terms and conditions.
2. Term of Employment. Subject to the provisions for termination set forth below this
agreement will begin sooner..
3. Salary.Dr Ben Soan shall pay Employee a salary of £2,000 per month and a weekly
allowance of £500 per week, for the services of the Employee, payable at regular payroll
periods.
4. Duties and Assist. Dr Ben Soan I will assists the Employee with half of the money
that will cost for the traveling document and The Employee's duties may be reasonably
modified at in my house discretion from time to time.
5. Employee to Devote Full Time to Dr Ben Soan. The Employee will devote full time,
attention, and energies to the business of the Job, and, during this employment, will not
engage in any other business activity unless during free periods, regardless of whether
such activity is pursued for profit, gain, or other pecuniary advantage. Employee is not
prohibited from making personal investments in any other businesses provided those
investments do not require active involvement in the operation of said companies.
6. Confidentiality of Proprietary Information. Employee agrees, during or after the
term of this employment, not to reveal confidential information, or trade secrets to any
person, firm, corporation, or entity. Employee reveal or threaten to reveal this information,
Dr Ben Soan shall be entitled to an injunction restraining the Employee from disclosing
same, or from rendering any services to any entity to whom said information has been or
is threatened to be disclosed, the right to secure an injunction is not exclusive, and I may
pursue any other remedies it has against the Employee for a breach or threatened breach of
this condition, including the recovery of damages from the Employee.
7. Reimbursement of Expenses. The Employee may incur reasonable expenses for
furthering the Job, including expenses for entertainment, travel, and similar items. Dr Ben
Soan shall reimburse Employee for all business expenses after the Employee presents an
itemized account of expenditures, pursuant to Gabriel Alfonso Jimenez Beltran
8. Off Day. The Employee will be off on weekend and Public Holiday.
9.This Contract sets out the terms and conditions of employment which are required to be
given to the Employee under section 1 of the Employment Rights Act 1996.

You are responsible to take care of host family kid from time to time. Unless otherwise
expressly stated in this Agreement, all consents and authorizations which you are required
to the obtain from the family shall be given by the family on behalf of the family, or such
other person as the family may specify or the member of the family.
The family reserves the right to require that you don’t perform any duties or attend the
compound premises during any period of suspension or whilst you are under notice of
termination of your employment, provided that you continue to be paid the salary and
benefit and to which you are entitled under this Agreement.
4.
SALARY
Your host family has agreed to pay you a sum of £2,000 per month and a Weekly Allowance
of £500 per week also eligible to participate in any incentive compensation program that
may be developed from the family.
5.
ADVANTAGE
You may be required to travel with in United Kingdom as it is necessary
for the proper performance of your duties. It proves that you work in United
Kingdom for the terms of this Agreement will be reviewed.
I promise that the information I have given in the application form completed by me is
accurate, and I agree that I will perform my duties as an au pair to the best of my ability. It is
