i got 2 emails from families i want to make sure if they r scam or not, and i want to know this email is recorded as a scam.. i looked the email IP address it turned out to be in California..( i don't know if that is correct or not)

I work as a Managing Director of a small restaurant here, and I am dedicated to my family but I recently got in a partnership with a large corporation which makes me work pretty hard and I get back home late hence the reason I and my husband decided to get employ an extra hand that will help take good care of our little girl. We are an honest family, caring and comfortable though we are not perfect but we do our best to make life perfect-like, be rest assured we are trust worthy and eligible as a family bring in any body from any part of the world and we are looking for the same values in the Au pair that is going to work with us, we like to spend time together when we can especially during vacations, we play games together; soccer, chess, video games etc we love reading, singing together and we do some silly things together as family. Well I will say briefly about the Au pair Duties; you must be able to be a friend to my daughter, a teacher and a guardian, you will give my daughter special care like she's your sister, get her prepared for school everyday, supervise her homework, take her to the park, keep her out of danger when she plays with her friends and you must be a good cook and also have will to learn to cook new kind of food, help our housemaid to do some light housework and we will allow you have a driver for few weeks you arrive our home pending when you will be able to get use to the roads in and outside the town then you can have access to one of the cars to drive out with my girl, in case you do not know how to drive then the driver will teach you and make sure you are issued a drivers license so you don't have any problem with the authorities. We propose to pay you $345 every week but we are open to negotiations and you as our Au pair can come along with you boyfriend or anybody you wish to bring along provided he/she is of good conduct. We will make an arrangement for you, a well furnished room with your own bathroom, toilet and a mini kitchen though we normally eat as a family which I do not think you will have problem doing right? your room also will consist of the usual electronics and appliances; TV, DVD, cable etc and I don't think we will have a problem with you sharing our family activities and we can live together as a family. Well my Husband is a Military personnel working together on behalf of the US Government with the UN and he has been deployed with the NATO forces at the moment and he will also like to meet you and if you really want to work with us you will have to get back to us with certain Information about yourself and also we will like to see pictures of you as you can find attached some pictures of my family and would send more if you so requested. You will need to be able take our little prince to school in the mornings and collect him in the afternoon using a bus or our spare car. You would drop our little boy to play school two mornings and collect her after 3 hours. We would need you to prepare a light lunch for him for school. He is such a joy. He is so gorgeous, a gentle little boy. Everyone that comes to visit is immediately wrapping their arms around him!! He loves loves kisses and hugs!! He will be your everyday friend!
