This is a definite scam Skjuludde.

Note also there is no Cadillac manufacturing in the UK and his phone number is a UK redirect service to any cell phone in the world - and often used by scammers.

As i'm pretty sure this is a scam too it never hurts to post it and get it checked and if it's a spam posted for others to know.

The language made it an obvious scam to me (I've read a lot of scam scripts), but I'd say the biggest piece of evidence is that the address of his 6 bedroom, semi-detached, Victorian town house, is in fact a steel and glass building home to a skiing equipment shop LINK.

Please keep posting any emails and offers you are unsure of: we love to help.

I kinda know the answer by now. But best to have it checked and to post it for others to see.

But yeah i kinda hopes this is real because California is the place in US that i want to work as an Au pair.

In answer to your question, from what you have provided I can see that it is a scam, well done for spotting it.

I have done a few searches to find some proof for you but my rushed searches came up with no results, that said there are a couple of key indicators of a scam

The travel agent using a yahoo email address
Being refered to a travel agent who will sort out visas and tell you what you need to do
The email is not addressed to you

Please do not reply and eventually they will go away.

Please also be on the lookout for more scams which you are now likely to receive

The domain it was sent from, upslogistictech.com, appears to be fraudulent and being used by the scammer to support the scam.
