This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. This scammer sends the same emails when pretending to be other host families. You can see an example here:

The lawyer is also fake, and is part of the scam. In reality, the UK Home Office does not employ lawyers to represent au pairs, and neither does the UK Home Office issue or approve contracts.
If you are looking for an au pair position in the UK and require a visa, please read about the genuine way to apply for a visa to become an au pair in the UK here:

Please note that citizens of very few countries are eligible for a visa to become an au pair in the UK. You can see the list of participating countries here:

Dear Beloved,
How are you doing today, hope you are having a brilliant day?
As i told you previously that our family Lawyer works with the UK Home Office as a
representative for Au pairs that is why we have consulted her to prepare a
contract agreement between my family and you so that your traveling document
will be easy to process because she will be the one to process all the
necessary documents that will enable you travel down to UK, My husband has
asked her how it works and she told us that all your traveling documents will
be processed by the UK Home Office here in UK which after it will be ship to
one of their consulate in xxxxxx were you will visit and receive the hard
copies of the documents, they will also give you a Reference Number that will
enable you receive your travel documents in the British Consulate as the
legitimate owner.
The contract letter of agreement will be ready by tomorrow so expect my mail
tomorrow with the contract.
Attached to this mail are my family pictures.
My family really loves you, hoping to see you soon.
