It's a scam.

The 85% is a dead giveaway. The scammer wants you to contact his "lawyer" who will instruct you to send money (most likely the "other 15%"). In reality, there is no job, and the only money that would change hands is yours. The English mistakes are typical of an African, which is consistent with this particular scam format.

Another giveaway is that if you check the IP address to see where the email originated from, it comes back as

ipTRACKERonline.com wrote:Header Analysis Quick Report
Originating IP: 41.16.68.81
Originating ISP: Vodacom
City: Pretoria
Country of Origin: South Africa
* For a complete report on this email header goto ipTRACKERonline

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.

And just a small addition. There are two things wrong with the header. One of them being the NNFMP that is visible after the Received: from lines. That is usually an indication of a suspect e-mail. Your best course of action is to simply cease all forms of dialogue with the very naughty Toby.
