Hi ayeih and welcome to ScamWarners.

It is a scam. There are a few things that jump out, such as the English which is indicative of an African writer and also the fact that "she" is trying to introduce you to a fake travel agency to arrange visas etc.

The "travel agencey" will charge you money for visas and permits etc, which they will never provide, they are just after stealing your money.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
