This is an au pair scam. There is no au pair position, and the only purpose of this scam is to make you pay for non existing work permits, visa, and other travel documents. Don't fall for this scam!

from you and we pray eventually you will join our family. Like we
mentioned in our first mail we are in dire need of someone who can
come into our home and take good care of our daughter and most
especially give her special attention. We need someone charismatic and
who is wonderful with children. An Au pair who will love our little
angel exactly the way we do.

We are a young family and we love doing fun things such as weekend
trips to our cabin where we go fishing, hunting and camping. My wife
makes the best grilled fish in the world if I may add. She also loves
to cook so we usually have family and friends over for dinner parties
and barbecues. We also have family weekends on Sundays after church(we
are Anglicans) where we meet with our extended family members and just
have fun and talk about the previous week. Lucy loves this because she
gets to meet and play with her cousins.

Lucy is very special to us and she is also gifted. She loves sports,
arts, computer games. music and takes piano lessons twice a week. She
is also very funny and lights up the house with her big smile and
funny baby jokes.

But like we wrote earlier due to our tight job schedules we do not
always have time to be there for her. So we basically need you to take
care of her for a few hours till we return. London is a lovely city
full of life and we are positive you will love it here.

We are looking for an Au pair who can stay with us at least six months
or more but of course the time frame is negotiable and you can let us
know how long you would like to stay and when you will be available to
come.

We will pay for all document and travel expenses. Kindly send us your
resume and recent pictures of you so we may know more about you and
perhaps some of the work you have done and if satisfied we will
clarify you more about the more important details and working
conditions including your salary and other matters before finally

Four bedrooms, two with en suites, 3 family bathrooms, full visitors’ apartment (Private Live-Out), three reception rooms, downstairs cloakroom and 2 fitted kitchen. The property further benefits from having a garage, off street parking and a landscaped garden with a private gate.

Duties and responsibilities:
Your main duty is to do take care of Lucy get her ready for school, play with her, help her do her assignments as well as tidy her room and dirty cloths.

Employee’s Rights/ Employer’s Duties:
1. Employer must respect employee as a member of the family.
2. Employee must respect employers as family members. Especially, take care of Lucy as a little sister
3. Employer shall buy employee’s healthy and accident insurance during the stay

4. Employer will have the full obligation to take care of the employee when she is ill.
5. Employer shall pay for taxes required of the employee.

Salary:
You will a weekly pocket money of 300 Pounds (Three Hundred Pounds), and a total amount of 1,200 GBP (One thousand five hundred pounds) at the end of the month. Additional hours will be paid at a rate that we may agree between ourselves from time to time.

Start Date and Period of Employment:
You are expected to start as soon as you arrive and stay for a maximum period of 6 months. If due to circumstances beyond your control or for any other reason, you wish to leave at an earlier date than our agreement, you will be required to give two weeks notice.

If we require you to leave, subject to the conditions specified under ‘discipline’ we will give you a minimum of two weeks notice.

Discipline:
Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:
Causing a disruptive influence in the household
Job incompetence
Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to our interest
Unreliability in time- keeping or attendance
Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.

In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:

First - a verbal warning.
Second - a written warning.
Third - dismissal without need for further notice.

Reasons with would give rise to summary dismissal would be:

Theft or other dishonest offences
Drunkenness
Illegal Drug taking
Child abuse or neglect

The HOME OFFICE confirmed to me that your employer will have to pay the fees stipulated in the attachment for the procurement, registration and stamping of the said documents.

All money transferred by Western Union or MoneyGram will be stolen by the scammer. The scammer is able to collect the money himself, using the details from the transfer receipt, regardless of which name the transfer is made to.
