Scams offering fake Au Pair positions

hello

i am a single mum of two and urgenly looking to recruit an aupair. i have heard so much about scams in the aupair agency business that i am now really scared to employ an agency.

i came accross this agency recently and although the agency seem to be very real, i have never heard of them before and i am concerned whether its a real agency or not. They are called ;

http://aupair-world-agency.com/aupair-agencies/aupair-agency.php

i did call the office and speak to the staff and they seem really friendly and willing to help. However, when i asked them how much their service cost, they told me that it was entirely free. This was a bit of a shocker to me as i have never heard of a company offering a free service. This prompted me to write to this forum to enquire whether any body had heard of this company and whether there are any concerns about them.

warm regards

Mirela

A check on the registration details of the website shows that it has only been in existence since 13/01/2011.

The registration details do appear to tie up with the contact details on the website.

The website claims to be run by a company called Au Pair World Ltd and a check on the Companies House register shows that there is indeed a company by that name registered, although there is a Proposal to strike the company off for failing to submit their accounts.

I would say that the site is probably legitimate, but probably won't be around for much longer if the company is struck off.

Please do not tell scammers that they are listed here - it will take them seconds to change their fake details and their new details will not be listed for any future victims to find.
