Scott Williamson - Hello. I need some help with this.

First I want to say hello to this comunity. I'm saberjevang7, I'm a 23 year old from Mexico and I'm tryng to become an Au pair. I Just made an account in Aupair24.com two weeks ago. I have recieved since them 3 e-mails from different families. I realized two were Scams because of the advice of this page (Paul Jones family and [email protected], -DON'T TRUST THEM-). The other one I'm not so sure, I searched about him and found nothing about him and about his e-mails. He is supossed to be part of the army, and his name is Scott Williamson, in london. He offers me 350 pounds per week and other services, and now he is sending me a contract. He talks to me by my name and everything seems kind of personal, but i don´t know for sure. He talks about his lawyer Daniel Harry and he send me this documents. How do I post the pics from my computer?

Unfortunately, I can tell you with no further information that this is a scam. Someone from Mexico cannot be hired as an au pair in UK.

Only residents of EU countries and those participating in the youth mobility scheme are able to get visas for au pair work.

From the UK government's website:

The Tier 5 Youth Mobility Scheme replaces the UK Working Holiday Visa programme. The Youth Mobility Scheme is for young people who want to live, work and travel in the United Kingdom for a period of up to two years.

The Youth Mobility Scheme is only open to countries which have a special reciprocal agreement with the United Kingdom. The list of countries participating in the scheme is much smaller than list of countries participating in the original UK Working Holiday programme.

Currently, only passport holders from the following countries are eligible to apply under the UK Youth Mobility Scheme:

Australia
New Zealand
Canada
Japan
Monaco
Taiwan

In addition, a lawyer is not needed to arrang an au pair's visa or anything else. Plus, the lawyer name is a sure sign of an African scammer--it consists of two first names, which is typical of an African who is not familar with our names.

Sorry for the late reply, My lawyer has been away for the past week and has not been around to prepare the contract letter for you. I promise you that by monday you will have your contract letter on monday and sign it as soon as possible so my lawyer can register it and forward it to the Uk Border Agency so they will tell you your reqirements before you can get the National Insurance Number and Work Scheme card.
