I am Captain James Ballack from USA, I work in Seaborne yacht company.I have 2 energetic but delightful children aged 2years and some month, 4 years and some month, their names are Jane and Peter,Jane is 2 year and some month, Peter 4 years and some month,they will be keeping you entertained at home during the day! I do not require much babysitting in the evening which means that you are free to enjoy these as you wish. On your days off you can enjoy the Austin weather on one of the many beautiful beaches just a short drive away. I also have a summer house by the lake which we would like you to
spend some time with us in.I am a Captain and work on the sea for Seaborne yachting company,Texas and works pretty hard, but enjoys going for walks in the glorious grove hamton park. My Wife is a teacher at the local high school here in Texas too where she teach biology to a range of children before she die. she had to accompany me when she was alive. In her spare time she enjoy painting.So i would like an au pair who will fit in with the kids lifestyle and enjoy their time with them. You have a tastefully furnished accommodation.If you agree to take the position you shall be paid 2200 (Two Thousand
two hundred Dollar Monthly)and shall be given a weekly pocket money of 300 dollar. Your residence shall be comfortably furnished within the Company housing estate. However i cannot work effectively and take care of the kids hence off my solicitation to you to come and Nanny for my kids you will have to take care of the kids as i spend most time on board. I stay for about a month or two and return home to spend time with my kids. You shall undertake the following duties if you accept to work with us:
1.Care for & stimulate the child both mentally & physically, to ensure their intellectual, physical & social development.
2.Find out about activities in the local area. Ensure that the child/children get regular fresh air & exercise.
3.Plan & undertake activities on a one to one basis & with children. Develop speech, reading, numbers, letters, colors, social & practical kills.
4.Organize & prepare a healthy, varied & well balanced diet of home cooked food. Eat with the child/children & supervise meal times, encouraging proper use of cutlery, & behavior.
5.Look after the children physical well being -wash & bath them daily, help them to dress & undress, cut nails weekly, ensure hair is cut regularly, & that shoes get refitted regularly.
6.Look after the kids clothes. This includes all washing ; ironing by the weekend, shoes regularly cleaned, clothes & soft toys mended; Put aside clothes that no longer fit.
7.Keep child's/children room clean & tidy. We had a Nurse but she is getting married hence would be moving with her Husband. Should you accept to take up the position with us, you can start as soon as your Flight Ticket, Travel Documents and other Travel Itineraries are ready.I could recommend a Travel Agency for you, however all this depends on if you accept the job offered. also i do have a maid who would assist you in seeing to the dietary needs of the kids.Send your Pictures . I work with Seaborne yachting company as earlier told you and i have a four years contract to work with them here: the contract period with you is 2 year but if then you serve very well,we will resume the contract for another 2 years..
CONTRACT: Actually, we will enter a contract with you which have to be signed by both parties immediately you get here. Then you will live with us and details of your benefit will appear on the draft contract.
NOTE: James Ballack family will take care of your visa and air ticket only. While you will pay for your working permit and residence documents because this is your property. In addition when the employers pays all the bills, they never show up for the job thereby the employer looses his/her money hope you understand. The working permit/residence document is cheap and you will afford it. We will introduce you to an agency that will help you to get it.let me hear from you if you will be able to come and work for us by this year..
