Nanny driver house help needed in my house in uk

About my Family...

We are MR AND Ken Lucas Family we are from UK..We have two Kids but delightful children aged of 2 and 5 years of age their names are Paul and jean..We need a serious and honest nanny and
upair to take are of our two kids.I work as a production engineer with shell company here in United Kingdom and also my wife is a International business woman she travel almost every days here in london.We are a good and happy family which anybody can work with and our kids are friendly to stranger.

AU PAIR ACCOMODATIONS.

The Au Pair would have her own room, which is huge, and has a double bed, with sitting area and TV/DVD/Video/Wi Fi. There is wireless broadband internet in the house. The Au Pair will have access to a personal car to run around if he/she knows how to drive.

AU PAIR SALARY AND WEEKLY ALLOWANCE.

The Au Pair will be paid the sum of 4000 Pounds monthly and a weekly allowance of 250pounds weekly.. I will also be responsible for some of the funds for your traveling documents.

AU PAIR WORKING HOURS....

Au pair work will involve from Monday to Saturday from 730 am to 12PM and by 5pm pick up kids from school.. only Sundays is a free day.

TERMS AND CONDITION

We would like to offer you a job in our home under the below terms and conditions if that is okay with you!.

The terms and conditions of the job are as follows:

You will be required and expected to work for approximately 40 hours per week 8 hours/day Monday to Friday). Saturdays and Sundays will be your off day but you will also stay with the family at home OK.
We will like to offer you the total amount of (500 pounds) per week in arrears and an additional 100pounds for weekly allowance for all our workers

Start Date and Period of Employment:
You are expected to resume duty as soon as you arrive here.

Benefits
Use of Transportation with Valid driver\routes license & good drivers record a plus but not required (use of transportation if required)

Complete private room with private entrance

Laptop 24hours internet connection

Discipline

Reasons which could give rise to disciplinary measures are as follows:

(1 Causing a disruptive influence in the home is prohibited.

(2) Job incompetence is not allowed.

(3) Conduct during or outside working hours prejudicial to our interests.

(4) Unreliability in time keeping or attendance.

(5) Failure to comply with our reasonable instructions or procedures.

(6) Theft or other dishonest offenses will be dealt with.

(7) Drunkenness not allowed.

(8) Illegal drug taking prohibited.

(9) Child abuse or neglect highly prohibited.

In the event of a need for disciplinary action, the procedure will be:

First - a verbal warning.
Second - a written warning.
Third - dismissal without need for further notice. Reasons with would give rise to summary dismissal would be:

NOTE: That any Activities of improper conduct will also be our concern too, you will be highly required to be of your best behavior (in or outside) as you work for us to protect our good name.


Travel documents processing fee:
You will have to pay 1000pounds for the processing of your traveling documents OK.Regarding the processing of your travel documents i will shoulder 600pounds and you will shoulder 400pounds.

Vacation
You will have 2 weeks paid vacation after 6 months of work. Vacation must be negotiated however, well in advance.
