This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam.
The attorney is also fake, and is part of the scam.
These are two of the stolen photographs sent by this scammer, who pretends that they are photos of his own family. The scammer also sends these photographs when pretending to be called Nicky Van Walter; you can see this here:
