This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. This email was not sent from the UK; it was sent from Nigeria, as proven by the IP address: 41.71.167.69 - Awka, Nigeria.
These are stolen photographs sent by this scammer, who pretends that they are photos of the Garfield family. The first of these is also sent by the scammer calling himself Jeffery Albert; you can see this here:

Subject: Hi Au pair, Greetings from Mrs. Grace
Dear Au-pair,
We would like to expand our friendly and open family to receive you as a new member, we would like to discuss the au pair job with you and we will need you for at least 3 months or more however, if you like you are very much welcome to stay longer.
We are based in England, United Kingdom where we work and live. In our family there is myself, my husband and our 3 kids Mary, Sarah and Ann. Due to our busy work schedule, We would like an au pair to look after our little angels carefully and do some light housework maybe when they are asleep, that is the reason why we decided to choose your profile at aupair-options.com. You shall be provided with accommodation and a weekly pay of 350GBP, Other benefits may be added.
We would like our au pair to be a part of the family during their stay and teach us about their culture and language. We need an au pair that is active, outgoing and happy to take our kids to outdoors, for a walk, play with them, sing songs, read books and keep them lively,
We would give you more information as soon as we hear from you. In your reply, please include a recent picture of yourself and an introduction letter.
With Love
Mrs. Grace Garfield
