On this reason the family lawyer advised that any Au pair/Teacher being employed by Russell Murray Family’ MUST’ obtain and present to the Family an Affidavit of Good Moral Character through the Royal Courts Of Justice here in Wales showing that once the said employee receives Visa,Work/Residence permit and Flight Ticket including advance first month salary from the family ,that the employee is going to join his /her duties as agreed thus making it possible for the family to trace and apprehend any defaulter in other words curtailing the loss that may arise from unscrupulous candidate.
On confirmation of your Affidavit of Good Moral Character which shows your readiness to work for the family on or before your commencement date Russell Murray Family will provide you a free Visa, Work/Residence permit and also shall pay into your account which you shall provide before embarking on trip, your one (1) month salary, flight ticket fare, relocation benefits and as well reimburse you the amount spent on the procurement of your Affidavit as to enable you take care of your financial needs before joining the family here in Wales.
