This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. You can see an identical scam mail here, with just the fake host family names changed:

I want to make everything move in a normal way without any problem
because this is our first experience of hosting an Au pair. Val Is our
only child so i wouldn't want anything that will hurt him and i have
promise to be a good dad to him so that he will grow happily, please
all we want from you is to take good care of Val , take him as your
little brother, your friend, play with him and teach him some good
cultural exchange. He is a very smart kid and easily learn from people
We have a large house house so your accommodation will be a live in
apartment, 2 bed room flat with internet access, TV set, Telephone and
some other good things that will make you feel at home because as a
Doctor i know what is good for people both young and old.
Val goes to school from 10am to 4pm which means he stays 6 hours in
school so all you need to do is to take him to school when it is 10am
then come back and take care of your own needs and when it is 4pm you
will be required to go and pick him up(but you wouldnt be bothered
with this chores During summer as they would also be on holiday) also
with regards to your English course it last for just 2 hours.
Saturdays and Sundays will be your free day and your salary will be
390GBP per week i don't know if this will be OK for you but that is
what we can offer for now and we don't know how it goes because this
is our first experience therefore your pocket money will be given to
you every Friday for your upkeep, my Wife is a nice and Caring woman
so sometimes she might decide to add a little thing to you depending
how caring you are to her son because she cherish him so much.
I hope our communication and relationship would be a fruitful one.
Hope to hear from you soon.
Greetings from my Family.
