This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. These emails were really sent from South Africa, as proven by the IP addresses, eg 41.151.195.106 - Johannesburg, South Africa.
These are two of the stolen photographs sent by this scammer, who pretends that they are photos of their own family.
The Immigration Department is also fake, and is part of the scam.
