This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam.
The first three of these attached photos were also used in this scam:

Barrister Cullen James is also fake, and is part of the scam.
The telephone number shown in the fake contract +447024017646 is not a normal UK telephone number; like all phone numbers which begin +4470, it is a 'redirect' number, redirecting all calls to a mobile phone, almost anywhere in the world. +4470 numbers are greatly used by au pair scammers who are in Nigeria, because they can receive calls made to these numbers on their own mobile phones there in Nigeria.
The fake contract is not endorsed by the British Au Pair Agencies Association (BAPAA). The scammer has copied the BAPAA logo from the BAPAA website to use in this scam. You can find information about the genuine BAPAA here:

Dear Au pair
I wish to kindly inform you that we have gone through your profile on
the eaupair web and have approved of it.
We are a Spanish family but currently residing in the UK.
Am Mr Christiano Alvero,a Script writer and editor and into
entertainment and Arts and have a three years contract with
Tri-Culture studios London so had to move down with my family to UK to
stay with me through this period.
My wife is a Promoter of Arts too and runs an NGO Organization for
women right and empowerment.
We have a son Astore(5) whom on your arrival will have to make him
acquainted to his new environment.
We live in a 4 bedroom house 366 Lonsdale Road, Notting Hill,
London, W11 2DE, UK.with a visitors room which you will have to stay
in on your arrival as we prefer a live-in Au pair for a better
monitoring of Astore as he is new to this environment and so has
little or no friends yet.
Although we are a busy couple we understand the importance of spending
time together as a family, and the positive effect an Au pair or child
carer can have on a growing child, which is why we have decided to
employ the services of a good Au pair for our child while at work or
otherwise.
I will like you to get back to me with copy of your CV,references if
any and pictures of your self via my email address:
[email protected]
Hope to hear from you soon
Muchas gracias
Christiano Alvero
