This is a scam. I first saw it as a Craig's List posting.
_____________________________________________________________________________________________

Hello
we are going through Aupair/nanny search and we came across your email and page.We are a cheerful, friendly family in London uk .we have two happy and affectionate kids,

Richard (8) and Kim (10) who attend the local school between 9and 3.00 every day. Richard likes playing with trains, drawing, playing on the computer and garden swing, and

riding his bike. Kim wants to be a scientist when she grows up, and enjoys playing with Lego, art, reading comics, riding around on her scooter and playing with her new Nintendo Wii. We live in a very large modern family house with six bedrooms, four bathrooms.

Description of tasks:

We are looking for someone to get the children ready in the morning, prepare and clear up the family's breakfast at about 7.30am, make the beds, and take the children to school, which is about a 1.5km walk away. The au pair would then need to pick them up at 3.00 and look after them until we get home. We might ask the au pair to babysit 1-2 evenings a week. We have a really great cleaner, so there wouldn't be any heavy housework. There is a bit of light cleaning and laundry which would take about 90 minutes a day in total. There would be plenty of time free in the day to go to language school, and there are a lot of good ones in the area.

Living arrangements:

The au pair would have her own apartment with two rooms, separate toilet and bathroom, which is huge, and has a double bed, with sitting area and
TV/DVD/Video/Hifi. There is wireless broadband internet in the house. . You can even use one of our cars all weekend! Also 2 weeks are paid holiday during
Christmas/New Year plus another 2 weeks during the year. We are looking for someone with a good sense of humor. If you love children and could
help us provide a loving environment combining routine and fun for the children then we would like to welcome you to our family as a
friend and a big sister to our kids.Housework is not an important part of the aupair job, being part of our family and helping our
children develop and learn is the main thing. We are really flexible.

Working hours:
07.30 to 09.00 and 1500 to 1900 Plus about 60-90 minutes of housework a day to fit in with the aupair's schedule. Some Friday afternoons
off. Total 25-30 hours a week and the week ends will be free for her to do anything she will like to do for herself.

Benefits :
We will be paying you 2000 pounds for every four weeks.A pocket money of 350 pounds per week. And you will also be
having your own car.
You will will be able to study if you want and we are ready to support you, we will be able to help you secure a good college here in the UK

Other information:
The au pair would be part of the family, and we
certainly don't expect a servant! We have had lots of au pairs in the past,
and we are used to helping people get to know the area and make friends.

Regards

James

He will also give you another email address in which he claims was his last au pair, named Ruth Reed at [email protected] with the background story where she was living happily with his family until her sick mother needed her to go back home to Australia. When you email this address, her name would suddenly be seen as Kimberly Ruth also so beware.

Hi _____ , its so nice to meet you and read from you, i am from Australia and sorry i did not respond to your email earlier i was busy helping my sick mum at the hospital though it has not been easy with her. its true that i was the last aupair of the Mark's family and i really enjoyed my stay with them not because i was only living in my own apartment but because the family took me as one of their family and treated me so nice, i was never insulted and not pushed around, i was not even treated like a nanny but they took me like their own child, i never felt like i was not home, i mean far away from my own country because of their kind ways of attending to issues and needs. I was paid 2000pounds per month and i was also paid 350pounds as my weekly pocket fee, the family does not want any aupair working with them to lack anything and they know you will want to study so you can pay your school fees out of the money and then still save some money for yourself but above all in case of emergency when they are not at home so that the aupair can take care of emergency bills while they are away and do things right till they return, the family had issues with aupair stealing from them as a result of the fact that they couldn't meet up with private needs and do not want that to occur again.
The family i can say is the best family ever since i had been an aupair and the kids were so lovely too, they don't give problems and always listen to instructions.they are very fun loving kids and easy going always ready to help with anything in the house and even cleaning.family
The family likes someone they can trust and that can trut them back in return without any form of doubt.
The wife of Mr Mark's wife Mrs. Mary Ana Mark works with the immigration office and she was the one who helped me with all my traveling documents from my home country to the UK with my visa and flight ticket included which i only pay 600pounds for. i only did as i was instructed and all she told me to do, i did.
The family had a welcome party for me when i got to the UK and i had my weekend free to do so many other things. the family also helped me in getting into the University of my choice so as to help me improve my education, and my English in which they paid part of the fee too.
i will say that you are very lucky to must have been chosen by this very nice family because i never wanted to leave the Mark's family if not for the fact that i had to be back in my home country because of the health of my mother but if i have another chance to be aupair in the UK i will consider going to the Mark's family first before attending to any other other family in the UK because its so hard to meet a nice, good and caring family as the Marks family.
Thank you for writing to me, i will have to go and attend to my mother now and i will speak with you later.
Bye
Ruth

I cant Believe that SCAMWARNERS REMOVED MISS DANGS SCAM POST FROM THE BOARD THEN WHAT DO WE HAVE?????????????? IS IT REALLY A SCAMWARNERS BOARD OR ANOTHER BOARD????

Admin note: This post was made by the scammer himself, who attempted to retaliate at the original poster by starting a topic calling her a scammer. While we have removed his fake topic, we have left this post in place in order to show just how low the scammer will go in an attempt to steal your money.
