I received your letter today and like you I am so excited. I read it several times to be sure I got what it said right the first time I read it. From it, I got a very clear picture of your situation there and partly of what kind of people you are by what you do in and out of work hours. It is very interesting.
Taking note of all what is expected of me regarding my responsibilities, I have now a clear idea and I am sure I am up to it. My past and present experiences dealing with young children are very much identical. I started being a nanny for children 0 to 6 ages since the year 2002 here in the Philippines. They are mostly relations. These children are now of elementary level in school. and I am now ready to embark into another experience of taking care of a young boy. Honestly, I don't know what else I can tell you about my Educational background expect what I already indicated in my CV. However before i sign our contract,and be bound with an agreement with you, i should know how you will get about the processes so i can get there with a working visa. I have read the contract. But my concern is the fact that a contract is binding. I am very willing to work for you. However before i sign our contract,and be bound with an agreement with you, i should know how you will get about the processes so i can get there with a working visa. Are you willing to spend for the processing of this important document and also my fare going there? If you are, I believe we should start accomplishing the requirements. I am willing to cooperate. I have been mentioning this to you in my previous mail but i don't receive any answer from you regarding this. to tell me that she has already purchased a visa form for you so all

immediately so that she can send the visa form to you tomorrow with

Please we don't require anything from you all we want from you is to
take Vans as your younger brother and take good care of him.Your
coming to UK is our responsibility so we are going to provide every
necessary things that the UK home office required from us for the
preparation of your paper and some other documents.

However, with no offense meant, I want to let you know that I am still making some considerations to safeguard my own interest, as you do yours. Please be rest assured that I am ready to sign our contract anytime, after I will be able to allay any misgivings or concerns i have. Mrs. Kleshy I am being transparent to you, with due respect that you deserve as my employer to be, very soon. Shall we approach this matter in the most serious yet civil or polite way please?
I, Like wise, consulted our family lawyer regarding our contract and the following are our observations:
1. Under the Salary & benefits section: - - The 250 (GBP) is stated as pocket money only. What about my salary please? As I understand it a pocket money is some sort of an allowance not a regular salary. I know I agreed on this amount during our earlier exchange of mail. Shall we not put this in order OR for you this is one and the other? Please clarify for me Mrs. Kleshy OR how much are you willing to pay for my regular salary?
2. The amount you propose to pay me for extra hours of work is not indicated in the contract. Shouldnt we agree on this at this point now? What do you think ma'am?
3. The contract does not reflect whether my expenses in going there will be paid by you, round trip plane ticket in particular
In view of the foregoing observation, may I humbly request that those above mentioned observations be addressed to by way of including them as added stipulations in our contract, Please.
I hope you understand my concerns ma'am. There should be no doubt in your mind that I am very willing to be Vans Au pair.
