Scams offering fake Au Pair positions
by kristynk Sun Oct 21, 2012 12:18 pm
I received scam, first I could not find it but I have found it as scam because of pictures he sent me.

First Email from [email protected]:

Dear Au pair,

We read your profile from http://www.nanny-agency.com

I am looking for someone to look after my son for a couple of hours
each day after he finishes primary school but also to help around the
home so that I may have more quality time with my son.

We are only a father and son so the housework/cooking is not onerous.
The job is to start as soon as possible and could last a year.
However, as we live in a big city and therefore, I am happy for
someone to spend a couple of months only with us before moving on.

My son is an intelligent, energetic and happy child and he will need
to run around and make noise after sitting still all morning in
school. I therefore, would like someone who has experience of young
boys and is sporty or happy to oversee physical activity.

Please communicate with us on your position about this, sending us
your CV and any recent pictures as well as a yahoo mail ID for a video
chat.

Schneider Family.

Welcome here kristynk.

Thank you for posting this scam! An other indication that this is a scam is that the amount of money he wants to pay an au pair is far too high, and an au pair does not get a salary, only pocket money. Please post more scams when you find them.

Being a victim doesn't mean you stand alone. We're here to help you.
