Hello everyone,
I have been looking for a nanny job in a website and this family contacted me. I will post here all the emails. PLEASE DON'T SEND ANY MONEY!!!!
Dear Au pair,
How are you doing? We hope this mail meets you in good health and hope
you and your family are doing wonderfully well? It is great to hear
from you and we pray eventually you will join our family. We are in
dire need of someone who can come into our home and take good care of
our daughter and most especially give her special attention. We need
someone charismatic and who is wonderful with children. An Au pair who
will love our little angel exactly the way we do. We love having fun
and we are positive you will enjoy the experience in our home.
My name is Lans Baker, 45 an accountant, my wife is Maria, she is 36
and a nurse. Our only daughter Lucy is 3 years old and still attending
pre-school. We live in a spacious lovely home in London, United
Kingdom. My wife used to take care of Lucy but since she started work
a few months ago we decided to put her in day care. But we are not
really comfortable with the day care center arrangement, we need
someone who will be able to see to Lucy's immediate needs and give her
special attention. So that is why we contacted you. Although we have a
babysitter who comes by a couple days a week we need someone with more
experience and who can give our daughter the care she needs and who
will love her just the way we do.
We are searching for someone special to enter the family and take care
of our beloved daughter and also take care of our home when my wife
and I are away. Someone who appreciates family values and is ready and
willing to be a special friend and 'big
sister/brother if you like to our daughter. We enjoy doing all sorts
of fun things such as going to the movies, barbecue, arts, having
friends and neighbors over for lunch, swimming, going to the amusement
park.
Our daughter enjoys her baby books. We also love cooking and making
special delicacies. We are a young family and we love doing fun things
such as weekend
trips to our cabin where we go fishing, hunting and camping. My wife
makes the best grilled fish in the world if I may add. She also loves
to cook so we usually have family and friends over for dinner parties
and barbecues. We also have family weekends on Sundays after church(we
are Anglicans) where we meet with our extended family members and just
have fun and talk about the previous week. Lucy loves this because she
gets to meet and play with her cousins. Lucy is very special to us and
she is also gifted. She loves sports, arts, computer games. music and
takes piano lessons twice a week. She is also very funny and lights up
the house with her big smile and funny baby jokes.
Our daughter is a very fun and energetic young lady full of life and
happiness. She is a joy to be around and we want the best for her. We
are confident the two of you will get along and get to know each other
so much better.
However due to our tight job schedules we do not always have time to
be there for her. So we basically need you to take care of her for a
few hours till we return. London is a lovely city full of life and we
are positive you will love it here.
We will pay for all document and travel expenses. Kindly send us your
resume and recent pictures of you so we may know more about you and
perhaps some of the work you have done and if satisfied we will
clarify you more about the more important details and working
conditions including your salary and other matters before finally
sending you a contract letter to make you an official and legal member
of our small but nice family.
Regards to you and your family and we hope to hear from you. All the best.
God bless.
Warmest Regards,
Baker Family

How are you? We hope this mail meets you in good health and your
family is doing well. We are very glad you could get back to us with
your resume. We also like your pictures especially Lucy. My wife and
I will take sometime to discuss and we will let you know what we
decide eventually. We have full confidence you will love and care for
our child just as we do and we know the two of you will get along
well. We hope you will be a part of our family soon and get to know us
better and also share experiences with us. We would like you to stay
at least three-six months or more with us but of course the time frame
is negotiable and you can let us know for exactly how long you will be
available to stay in our home.
We would like to clarify you some more;
We live in a four (4) bedroom house at 18 Lyndhurst Gardens NW35NR,
London United Kingdom. Our residence is very open and in the city and
there are other Au pairs close by. In the area there is a pub full of
young people, there is also a bus stop outside our house with city
center. We also have parks, cinemas, restaurants, malls, etc around. So it
will be easy to make friends and go places.
We will require you to take good care of Lucy and see to her needs for
approximately 30hrs a week. You will generally see to her immediate
needs and clean up after her. You will have weekends free and be
entitled to all holidays and we will pay you GBP300 (British pounds)
PER week and a total amount of 1,200GBP Monthly. You will also be paid
extra for any additional time added to the agreed time.
You will have your own bedroom and your own bathroom either live in or
out fully furnished, with a desk phone and computer system with
internet.
We are looking for someone to muck up and help out generally as any
member of the family would. You will need to babysit a couple of times
a week and also be happy about us popping back to work in the evening
if you are at home anyway. We need someone to be flexible - as we will
be if you would like to take time off if your family visits or you
have a holiday. When we go on holiday as a family you will usually be
welcome but we can also arrange for you to stay home if you prefer.
We will also be shouldering all document and travel expenses.
However we would like to ask a few key questions and we need you to
answer very honestly and positively.
1) What are your aims and objectives in life?
2) What kind of person are you( your likes and dislikes)?
3) How do you intend to impact positively in my daughter's life?
4) Do you possess any physical impairment we ought to know about?
Have you ever been married? Do you have a child/children?
Kindly answer these questions and get back to us as soon as possible.
Please can you tell us your full name and give us your phone number so
we can call when we are less busy and get know you better.
We hope to hear from you soon and our warmest regards to you and your
family. Lucy sends her best and wishes you well in all you do.
God bless.
Best Wishes,
Baker Family

SOME TRAVEL CONDITIONS OR REQUIREMENTS!!!!!
?
???????????The UK Home Office will exercise its full powers to perform its responsibility to regulate entry into the UK, by:
•Ensuring that the sponsor is financially capable to support the applicant entering the United Kingdom for Business or Pleasure throughout the duration of the validity of his/her Contract.
• Ensuring that the applicant, has the minimum stipulated financial requirement to earn the needed points for Accession Worker Card, going by the new point-based system for immigration in 2011.
• Ensuring that the applicant is eligible to Live, Work and carry out business activities in the United Kingdom legally.
The new points-based system (PBS) is the biggest shake up of the British system for 45 years. Under the new system, intending workers will need to pass a points-based assessment before they receive Certificate of Eligibility and permission to enter or remain in the United Kingdom. It will help British businesses recruit the skills it needs from abroad and assure the British public that only the skilled workers will need to come to the United Kingdom. The role of employees with qualifying financial base is crucial to its success.
Before the issuance of accession worker card/Certificate of Eligibility to you by Local British Consulate, you are required to show proof that the stipulated financial requirement/applicant travel allowance as indicated above is available. The UK Home Office would ensure via this means that only eligible applicants who are financially capable are allowed entry into the United Kingdom. Accession Worker Card/Certificate of Eligibility:
This step must be completed by any one you wish to stand in as your next of Kin. As per UK Laws, an individual must be aware of your travel to the United Kingdom. This can be your Mother or Father or Brother or Sister or Close Relative or friend and is at your discretion.
CONFIRMATION/PROOF OF SUFFICIENT FUNDS
To meet the above requirement you or your selected next of kin is required to make a deposit of the stipulated financial requirement of 750...00GBP via any Western Union/Money Gram agent using the following procedure:
Senders Name: Should be the selected individual you wish to stand in as your next of kin or your best friend. Someone has to be aware that you are coming down to the UK..
Receivers Name: Must be you the primary sponsor:
Payout Country: United Kingdom
As soon as you come down here you can visit any Western Union agent and receive back your deposit, using the details.
Note: You must ensure that the senders name is the above as instructed and the receiver is yours for security reasons and as the primary sponsor of your stay in the United Kingdom.
In summary you have to scan and email the below requirements to Barrister Anna Wright for immediate submission to our Office for the procurement of your Visa
