This is not a genuine au pair opportunity; it is a scam. If you are looking for an au pair position in the USA, please read these US Government webpages about the US Au Pair Program:

Do not send money to any agency, embassy, lawyer, or other person introduced to you by a potential host family.

Hello Nanny,
Our nanny is leaving this week back to her country and a new live-in nanny needed in Manhattan New York to wake Trayvon our son and dress him up for school every morning and staying home with him while we are at work, My wife's name is Kathy, I'm Quincy and our son Trayvon is 5yrs, we both work in the same hospital and that makes us busy most times, nanny would have weekends free, $500 salary per week, health insurance, guest nanny room and other facilities involved, would you like to know more about the job and our family? please ask.

Kathy & Quincy Marvin.
