This is the next email. Note that the lawyer that is mentioned is fake, and a role played by the scammer.
Note that in the third email the scammer wants you to write to a fake UK home office email address, again this email address is set up by the scammer.
To make sure that au pairs who can't pay the full amount do pay part of the fees, he is sending out an email saying he has already payed part of the fees:

During the day, you can attend any school of your choice and i will pay for you, while my kid go to his own school, and you go and pick him back from school while the both of you come home together
My kid love spending time with my Mum during the weekends so you will not work during the weekend. He will also contact the British immigration office here in London on how you can start the process and obtain your UK visa so you can come and start working in my family .
My Wife and i have concluded that, you will work for our family, and that can only happen if you already have a London Visa and i want you to contact with the British Immigration here in London with their e mail address ([email protected]) am sure they will let you know the requirements that will be needed in getting you a Visa and also they will let you know how to go about that cos they helped our former nanny in getting all her documents easily and fast.

I will advice you make your remaining payment of 350pounds immediately just to avoid delay, because the immigration office here in London will soon close for the year because of the Christmas holiday.
