Subject: Be my kids Au pair !!!

Hello Au Pair/Nanny!
We are the David's Family. We found your profile on Easyaupair.com.We reside at 1725 Broadway, New York, NY 10019 USA My name is Mary and my husband is Anthony. We have been married for almost 7 years and we have two wonderful and active children, Theresa and Rachel. Theresa just turned five years old and Rachel will be two in January. Our family is very close and our kids get along great with each other. Theresa loves to care for her little sister and tries to teach her about all the things she is learning in school. Theresa is a very active little girl. She goes to ballet lessons two afternoons a week and is enrolled in swimming classes at the local YMCA. Rachel is still very young but now walking so she is very curious and you have to keep an eye out for her at all times. She is a cheerful baby who is always smiling. Both Anthony and I work full time during the week. Anthony is an advertising executive and I work in marketing. We are very close to our family and the girls grandparents live just 15 minutes away so they visit often. We are a very active family and we like to go to concerts, see plays at the local community theater, play tennis on weekends and take hiking trips. We would love to have an au pair that enjoys swimming as we go to the beach at least twice a month in the summertime and Theresa likes to spend the entire day splashing around in the ocean pretending to be a mermaid. Lilly (the family dog) loves the children and we all go to the park on Sundays. We hope you love the outdoors and pets too. We try and sit down to dinner together as a family each night and talk about the days events. This is very important family time and we hope to have an au pair who enjoys being part of our family. So that is why we want to ask if you can be a an au pair for my kids and how possible soon you can pick up the position kindly get back to us ASAP...

Regards
Mrs David

Welcome Lisa,

The person posted is a definite scammer. He is offering a job that doesn't exist, in hopes of stealing your money.

He makes several mistakes in English that tell me he is not American. The specific mistakes tell me is probably African.

More importantly, The US has very specific requirements for being an au pair. You cannot get a visa to the US unless you are sponsored by one of the agencies on the government web site: http://j1visa.state.gov/participants/how-to-apply/sponsor-search/?program=Au%20Pair&state=any

If you are asked to contact ANYONE else, it is a scammer. If you are given a name on this list to contact, you MUST be able to call the agency at the number on this list and confirm you are being sponsored by them. If not, it is a scam.
