Total scam.

The English alone would tell me that it is a scam, as it is consistent with an African, not a British Author. In addition, travel agents do not arrange visas or immigration documents. So we have already guaranteed it is a scam.

But, even if we ignored those things,
-webs.com sites are free websites. A legitimate travel agency responsible for arranging international travel would not be using a webs.com site.
- they claim to be an OISC registered firm, but there is an official list of OISC firms, and they are not on it.

-UK only allows au pairs from specific countries. If you are not from one of those countries, you CANNOT get a visa to be an au pair in UK. There are very few countries outside of the EU on the allowed list, yet the "agency" does not address this, demanding fees without even confirming you are eligible for a visa.
-The "agency" demands WU for payment. Legitimate companies do not use WU.
-Even if legitimate companies used WU, they wouldn't have you send money to UK via the US.
-The website (which is a fake website with mostly copied content from real websites--our site killers will take care of the fake website) contains a contact phone number starting with 4470. 4470 numbers are redirect numbers. They are not real UK numbers. They are used by scammers pretending to be in UK when they are not.
-They can't even write the names of countries right on the website!
-They claim to be ABTA accredited. On ABTA's website, you can search for accredited members. They aren't there.

I could go on, but I think this is more than enough info to start.

The website is in the process of being reported for fraud.
