Aupair in UK

I want to become an Aupair so I 'm looking for a host family in UK.
I have found some family. They found me via Facebook and told me to contact with them by email. I don't know if they are scammers or not
1. Rose Bun Family.
She has sent me some emais and photos about her family and the children. when I asked her for documents and fee to become her aupair. she told me contact with a company [email protected], and the fee is 2400 USD for Visa in 12 months. www.yourdestinytravels.webs.com. It is just a travel company and they told me must send money through Western Onion so I suspect about it.
2. George Macnear family.
He also sent me some emais and photos about his family and the children. He told that he is a Medical Doctor his wife works in a Barclays Bank as Managing Director. the salary for me is 1000 pounds per month and 300 pounds every week. He also told me to contact with [email protected]. the fee for this agency is 1500 pounds and he promise to help me with 1000 poounds and I will must pay 500 pounds. In fact there is a good host family like that??

Both families are not real, and the emails you received are coming from scammers, including the emails from the fake travel agencies. The money they are promising as salary or pocket money is far too high for an au pair position. Also the website for that travel agency you posted the link of is fake.

My son is a very intelligent and loves to take after people, this is the more reason I will appreciate someone with good moral to be his Au pair so that he doesn't take to bad influence.

Duties & Responsibilities:
I'm looking for someone who likes to do their own thing and doesn't have a problem staying home, Someone who love kids and like staying with them. I need a very good, honest, caring, understanding and God fearing Au pair for my kid and my pup. Your main duties is the due care of Henry and Jada. We would enjoy it if you are a person who enjoys doing lots of stuff with kid, coloring in, going cycling, playing outside, reading stories, etc. My prime objective is to get my boy to be happy, independent little beings and this is where I want you to help us. This would also naturally mean that sometimes you would have to help with household chores, because I also enjoy spending time with my son. You will be required to get him ready for the day, take Henry to school and pick him up after school and see to his needs in the afternoon. You will also be required to assist with homework, arrange visits with friends, and see to after school activities, play games together as well as anything else that may be necessary for his amusement and well being. My son attend Basic school and his school is just some miles away from home, My little angel goes to school from 8am to 2pm which means they stays 6 hours in school so all you need to do is to take him to school when it is 8am then come back and take care of your own needs and when it is 2pm you will be required to go and pick him up. You will be required to do some cleaning up (including washing, ironing for him and cleaning of the rooms). My son likes to go to the parks once a week and I would like you to take him. My son and jada I believe will be keeping you entertained at home during the days! we do not require babysitting as you see the kid is grown up...HEHEHE just like he always say, which means that you are free to enjoy these as you wish. On your days off you can enjoy the Sun on one of the many beautiful beaches just a short drive away. We also have a summer house by the lake which we would like you to spend some time with us in. On weekend go to museums, zoo, aquarium, playground, watching movies, prepare/serving the snacks and foods, and I will arrange my second car for you to go around, you can attend a driving school over here if u can't drive, Also am ready to assist you if you wish to attend an English school in other to improve your English standard level. You will be free to study in any school of your choice soon as you get here. I will be helping you as regards tuition fees. There are so many colleges and Universities here that offer good and qualitative courses here. You will be enrolled in a public institution to attend a course in any language of your choice for foreigners during the weekends, for the duration of your stay, (this is however optional for you)

Accommodation:
We are living in a five bedroom house so you will be staying with us when you get here, You will have your Private Room which will have Bathroom/Toilet, Television, Air-Conditional and Internet Computer. You will have access to the Internet and a Telephone at home to get in touch with your friends and love ones. You will be having Saturdays and Sundays as your off days while I will be at home to take care of the kid, you will be having all the privacy you want, so to enable you have enough time for yourself.

Salary:
As for your salary, I will be willing to pay you £900GBP Monthly plus a pocket fee of £300GBP weekly which I suppose should be enough for your primary needs and that does not include you to pay any taxes, after when I see that you work very well I shall increase your salary.

Start Date & Period of Employment:
You are expected to start as soon as you arrive here and I'll like to know how long you can work for my family becuz, completely it depends on how long you would like to work here with me but left to me, I do not intend to see you off in the next 1-3 years because I really would need your services.. Thanks for your reply,I just wanna let you know that we can't help you to pay all your travel document because we have been advice by the british high commission of UK not to pay all travel expenses for Au pair because they have been victim with some host family who pay all travel expenses for Au pair and later arrive in UK and they run away and that is why the British high commission of UK advice every host family not to pay all travel document because of our security and safety.I have talk to my wife about you and she said because we can see in you that you are a serious person that we should help you to pay 1000pounds and you will pay 500pounds for your travel document do you agree?Let us know as soon as possible because we don't want any delay for your travel document.cheers

It's very difficult for a non-English scammer to impersonate the writing style of a well educated English person, who are the people most likely to be able to afford to hire an au pair in the UK.

That's why, without even looking at the facts it's possible to be certain that an e-mail is a scam. With our experience we can even tell from the punctuation, grammar, spelling, syntax and style as well as the word usage. If you are based outside the UK you may not spot these things as easily as we can.

We don't point out specific errors otherwise scammers can read this forum and improve their messages. Beyond that it is clear from many of these e-mails that the scammers don't know anything about the UK and how a real UK family lives and what they would consider important characteristics in an au pair.

I think that families who offer to aupair "normal" salary, like 1 000 usd or pounds are fake... May I right?

Wether this address is the right one for the UK border agency is irrelevant. When you do not live in a European country, for example you live in the Philipines, then you can not get an au pair position in the UK, as the rules about this are clear as you can read here:

Beware of emailed job offers for childcare and other similar positions in the UK. These are all frauds.

• Since November 2008, no visas are granted for household workers from outside Europe. Work visas are only granted for highly-skilled positions, most of which require university degrees.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK requires you to pay them any money. All fees would be paid by the employer.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a free email address from Yahoo, Gmail, or similar services.

• No legitimate employment agency in the UK uses a telephone number that begins with +4470 (070). These are non-geographic numbers available to anyone in the world.

• No legitimate business requests payment via Western Union.

I have two children Marie and Jesse, I've attached some pictures of
the family for you. I lost my wife a few years ago so my kids mean the
world to me. I work as a pilot for a private airline and may have to
be away for long periods. We had an au pair last year Penelope from
Wales but she had to leave to go back to school. We live in a lovely
part of San Franciso. It's a very nice neighborhood and is close to
the malls, schools and and most of the social places. There are lots
of young people in the area and a few au pairs as well. The kids have
alot of friends here so they are always occupied with something but I
need a pair of responsible eyes keeping watch over them when I am
away.

If you choose to accept this job you will have to live with us in your
own room, it's free and meals are free as well. You will need to work
from 8am to 8pm on regular days and I may need you to watch them for
longer when I am away for a long period. The salary on offer is
$600/week which will make sure you are compensated for the extra time
you are required to stay on.

On weekends we like to do things as a family, maybe go to a movie, the
beach, etc. You are welcome to join us because we would like to regard
you as family while you are here with us. I'd like to know how soon
you would be available if required to start and how long you can stay.
We have experience getting visas for au pairs so no need to worry,

I’m happy to hear from you again and enjoyed reading your mail. I'm
sure you will love it here and find what it is you are looking for.
The length of the contract is as stated six months with option to
extend to one year. I have told the kids they will have a new au pair
soon and they are very excited. How are things going with you?
Hopefully this reaches you well and you are as excited as we are about
this.

Below is the description of a typical day here highlighting the more
important things you need to do and other things we will sort out
along the way.

From Monday to Friday

You will start by 8:00 with getting breakfast for the kids and making
sure they are ready for school on time. If you are able to drive then
I have a car you can use to drive them to school and use for other
errands. School is about 20 minutes’ drive from where we live. If you
cannot drive then there is a bus which takes about 25 minutes to get
to the school.

You are also responsible for light housekeeping which just means
keeping the house in the state it is because we have a maid who comes
to clean twice a week. You’ll also have to handle grocery shopping for
the house and sort out the kids laundry.

If you can cook, then you are welcome to do so if not I will make sure
the cooking is taken care of so there will always be food available
for you and the kids.

When school closes you will need to pick the kids up from school and
engage them in activities until later when I get back home or when you
have closed for the day.

Your room in the house comes with its own bathroom. Like I said
earlier if you have a driver’s license you can use the car. We will
get an agency to help you with the visa you will need. Hopefully all
this is understandable and acceptable to you, please let me know.

a start date I'm thinking as soon as you are able and ready to travel.
I'm sure you'll have a great time with the kids. I would arrange a
contract for 6 months with the option of an extension to one year. We
need to sort out your contract, so I will need to confirm you have a
valid passport, if you do please send me your full name as it is
written on your passport (including middle name if any), your address,
and a phone number I can reach you on.

When the contract is ready I will sign and email you a scanned copy to
sign as well, the visa and flight arrangements will be handled by the
agency who helped our last au pair. They will tell you what other
documents you need to apply for your visa, their website is
